Hotel is really close to stations and a short.walk to Dotenbori and shopping areas. Very convient location and easy to get to places. Perfect for us. The Hotel itself was very quiet despite being in a busy area. The hotel staff were fantastic and really helpful. Really made us feel welcome and at ease. We were given a free breakfast to try on our first morning which was very gratefully recieved! Excellent buffet selection. We would recommend this hotel based on the service we've had and it has been a fantastic stay.

The pillows were a little too hard for my own preference and I would have liked some sugar and milk/creamer in the room as tea was already provided.

Excellent location - 5 mins walk from Imamiya train station, which has direct links to Osaka station. We used this as a hub for our day trips to Himeji, Kobe and USJ. There is a Lawsons next door for any necessities. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern - beds were comfortable. The pictures are accurate, and self check-in was very easy. Host was quick to reply to any queries we may have had and ensured we were comfortable from start to finish. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay and would highly recommend it!

Very friendly elderly staff. Near at train station, around 5-8mins depends on how fast you walk. With complementary coffee and bottled water. Spacious bath. Exceeded my expectations. Worth more than the price. Also very near at Donki and many restaurants.

Clean lobby and room, spacious room (by average Tokyo standards), great convenient location for guests arriving via Haneda Airport. Lots of food options nearby and a great view of Tokyo Tower! And Starbucks right downstairs.

Not super close to the major shopping areas e.g. Shinjuku and Shibuya, but that's fine :)

Aircon, it was quite warm for the first 2 nights. The temperature is fixed at 20 degree but felt more like 28. After checking with the staff, realised it is centralised aircon and finally they gave us a fan on the fourth night. It is my first time using fan in a hotel room.
