I loved the location it was situated in, the view was gorgeous in the morning. The facilities were very clean, the instructions provided were pretty straightforward regarding the compostable toilet and powering of the house. The whole aesthetic of the tiny house was very lovely.

It was mentioned we should get there before dark, which we did attempt to do (having driven with children from Leura) but we got there and got a bit lost with the directions. I think more lighting outside of the tiny house would be helpful because it can get quite dark outside.

Staff assistance was outstanding in meeting our requests. Free drink for no housekeeping service was a good reward. Value for money. The overall experience was great. Bar open late for drinks on Sunday night was also great. Great location.

Off site parking location was confusing to find and we parked in the wrong car park so couldn't get a discount. Carpets could do with a good steam clean?

Big rooms, comfortable beds, warm room temperature, good shower pressure and temp. Easy walking distance to most attractions/shopping. Cheaper parking than most hotels. Kitchen facilities. Will be back

No tea towels . Used face washer instead . . So couldn’t put last wash away . Had to leave in drainer . Not enough bowls and plates . Utensils limited .would have liked soft broom to sweep sand off outdoor tiles . Spray and wipe to clean surfaces would be handy . Had trouble getting gate to close . Large bathroom smells a bit .May need warmer blankets for chilly nights . Bedside tables need to be on both sides of bed with lamps .

When I arrived, the hot water didn't work in any of the showers, and when I informed management, I was told that I probably wasn't using the right tap (?!). After some terse back-and-forth, management arrived quickly to check what was wrong. Turns out tradies had left the breakers off. It bothered me that management accused me of not knowing how to use a shower when they knew tradies had been working on the hot water system that day. Wasn't great service and I left pretty annoyed by this.
