The bed was a little too small, double bed The kitchen utensils were dirty in the draw, make sure you wash everything before using. One of the lights in the games room was non operational in the 5 nights we were there.

Really good location, tram stop directly outside or a short 10 minute walk to Cavill ave. Nice sized apartment, free parking, games room with a pool table and table tennis table.

I found the couch very uncomfortable. There was a lot of bumping and scraping (furniture being moved around? ) in the unit above us, even after midnight.

Recommend Palazzo Colonnades for your stay that's great value,a immaculately maintained accommodation complex,secure and peaceful.Greeted at reception by Cassandra who was so friendly and helpful during our stay with where to go what to do.Our apartment was big,well furnished,super clean,very comfortable with great appliances and pool view from a large balcony.The pool,heated spa and bbq area was a beautiful oasis to enjoy,swim and relax with lots of sun lounges, seating and adjacent gym.The tram stop out the front to take you up and down the coast.Beach and the BMD Northcliffe surf club a short walk away with stunning ocean views, meals, facilities with friendly staff not to be missed.

When we arrived the dryer from the laundry was randomly sitting in the middle of the room. The second bedroom was very small and you had to climb over beds to move around the room. Couldn't open cupboard without moving bed.

Not much except few things were not working on our first night (kettle we have to boil water for our hot drink n so as one of the element on stove hasn’t got knob to turn on totally broken for sometime and not replace it yet n the balcony’s outdoor settings not so clean

No balcony furniture. Marks on walls and unclean dishes, easily sorted ourselves. Only supplied with expired milk from teo months earlier. Had two towels for the whole period, and the bathroom had no ventilation meaning wet towels constantly and no clean showering after using at the pool etc. also nowhere to hang clothes or wet towels as the balcony was off limits. Other than those things, basic amenities were there but I would suggest bringing shampoo/conditioner, body wash, towels, cloths, dish washing liquid, and other common items as they typically will not have them. There are however a variety of shops nearby which stock most needed items!

I thought the room could have been cleaned better before we got there, did not know how to use the sauna, would hav been good to be able to use it. The games room was nothing like the advertised photos, needs updating. However new owners have just taken over so im sure they will take care of all this soon.

Locations, close to tram, pool, the room set up, being close to the beach, vending machines. Quiet location but stil very close to surfers and easy to get to using the trams.

Tram sometimes woke me up. Internet sometimes cut out but wasn't really a big issue. Foxtel provided but only for sports and cooking shows etc. No DVD player or games in the room.
