The room are noisy due to extraction fan always on and air conditioning makes a roaring sound, not ideal for light sleepers.

Great location in Murray Hill, still close to all mid-town attraction but quieter and leafy neighborhood. Membership to local gym included in room, close to Starbucks and other eateries. Bicycle station nearby. Great terrace for drinks in 17th floor. Tiny room but rather bathroom. The staff is super nice!

The painfully slow elevator. Would have preferred a kettle in the room over coffee until 11 available in the bar. IMHO added to the slow elevators.

Tiny rooms but renovated and clean, bed a bit hard, everything just very small for that price. But it's the season and New York City, so ok. The lounge and coffee area were very nice for coffee, drink or quick bite.

It seems a little old fashion with daily housekeeping, would prefere an option to cancel it for some days, as other hotels offer. The air condition / ventilation were pretty loud, making it noticeable from other rooms too

- weird valve for the hot water; there is only one - you have to rotate it to the max to get very hot water but before it actually arrives you have to wait behind a curtain awaiting warmth to come :D - the panel with USB etc outlets (a plastic side panel above the table built into a wall) is shaking and doesn't charge much. I had to buy one more adapter & use normal power outlets. - the safe didn't work but I didn't have time to wait for someone to fix it. - I get it - it is a budget option, but having a glass on that table would be of value. - I didn't know how to fix my laundry issue but that's on me - I took an Uber to a nearby place, but it is still 2 x 25 bucks.

- Brilliant location (next to Grand Central & Subway lines 4,5,6), buses; - Central Park, Bryant Park, Chrysler building are very close; - The area feels extremely safe, for real; - A young traveler-friendly hotel were you will meet lots of folks from the US / outside; - Friendly stuff; - I am not sure if there is anything cheaper of sorts next to Grand Central; - The bed was quite good, better than at home lol;

It was very expensive - not too bad for New York prices, and it would've been hard to find something better for that same price, but it was still *a lot* of money. The room is quite small - it worked well for me as I was traveling solo, but as a double room, it wouldn't have fit two people.

Great location, friendly, attentive, and efficient staff, hotel overall looks good, modern, and clean. The check-in and check-out times are reasonable, they accommodate early / late requests, and the free luggage storage service is very safe and convenient.

The room was very small, I couldn’t open my suitcase in the room. The sink was too small, there was water everywhere very easily. The shower curtain was too short and the shower too small. When using the shower, there was water coming out and the shower curtain sticked to the skin. There was no toilet brush.

The reception smelled very good. The hotel was clean and modern looking. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The location was perfect! About a 5 minute walks from Grand Central Terminal. The staff was very nice and helped me very well when I had questions!

The rooms are claustrophobically small, and the air conditioning is not OK.

The stuff is friendly, the location is good. The rooms are quite stylish, clean and equipped with everything one may need, for 1-2 nights is OK.

Rooms are small (or considered efficient) and with the current prices it’s out of balance but so is the rest of New York.

It’s nicely located. I had a room higher up. The hotel bar is also good.

Provide a cattle in the room so the guest is able to boil own water.
