We liked the decor and comfort of the room. The layout was nice and it included amenities we value: microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The coffee itself was just so so. We also liked being on the end of row of rooms and not close to the street.

It was clean and easy to find. There was a lot of parking available but you had to pay for parking. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. There were no surprise charges either which was nice.

Breakfast doesn’t get properly restocked if you’re interested in their breakfast. It’s mainly first come first serve type basis. Hardly any seating for breakfast too. Our first room had a toilet that sounded loud whenever flushed and it eventually flooded the room the first morning we were there and we woke up to that. Luckily they switched us to another room at no extra charge but did lose out on some items we had in that room.

The fact that location was in walking distance to Canal street was a plus. It was great because once you left the main streets it was less crowded and nosey.i

I was placed in a handicapped room right by the stairwell. I could hear people coming and going about their day or night. It didn't have a stable chair for me to sit comfortably when preparing to get dressed. I missed not having a refrigerator available in the actual room.

Black mold in the fridge and in the first bathroom. Freezer was frozen shut. We also killed 4 cockroaches which is concerning being on the fourth floor and made us concerned with the overall cleanliness of the condo
