Unfortunately this hotel is a bit out the way, you will need to get taxis everywhere unless you drive a moped- and taxis on the island are expensive

This is the 3rd time we are back to the Villa and the first meet with the host, she is the super host!!! We love everything in the villa and will be back again of course :)

The only thing that i dont like is the small street to the villa..never ending construction. This time is worse than the first 2 times due to more holes and it can be a problem when there comes the rain.

It was all good. The lake tour guides weren’t great though. They just ferries us from van to boat to van without explaining anything about our surroundings. We stopped for a local market visit and we just taken out of the van in front of a 7/11 and told we had 10 minutes to get snacks. Again no explanation about best local food like you might expect. THE COOKING COURSE however was wonderful!!! Can highly recommend it! A real cultural experience and the guy leading it is great! So glad we did it!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very noisy. They host a lot of different travel groups at this property who are out late and being extremely noisy through the night. We got woken up on multiple occasions at 3-4am of people outside our hut, shouting and laughing. It’s full of very young people with not a lot of consideration for anyone else. I do think If they have these large 30 people travel groups here they should only rent the rooms out to them as presentations, meetings and BBQs with the different groups did take over the property and it felt like we weren’t meant to be there at points.
