Wonderful property. Pool access rooms offer a great way to chill. The main pools are barely a couple of steps away. Restaurants on the property offer good food and the beach is walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful.

Customer service in general was average at best, and particularly in the restaurant where breakfast was served, the staff made you feel quite uncomfortable and not welcome. Zero interaction with the kids and not helpful when asked any questions. If you arrive for breakfast after 9am expect to see items being removed and no fresh replenishment of food etc. Kids club staff could be more attentive as when I visited with my 3 year old, they barely looked up from their phones. More training is required on customer service in all areas as this was definitely not a 4 star standard.

The only downside I can think of is that the TV had not been a smart one and there were limited number of watchable channels. It was also quote small. The hotel could use upgrading their tech.

We didn’t get any notification about events happening at the hotel. For example one night there was a fire show down at the beach bar and we didn’t know about it until we were walking back along the beach and the show was just finishing

The room, while spacious, could use a refresh - some minor updates and a more thorough cleaning would be ideal. I was surprised by the rule against bringing in outside food.

Very convenient if you want to go to the beach, just at the doorstep. The pools were fantastic: huge, clean and many different ones. Breakfast was also excellent, lots of western and Asian choices, even special choices for kids.

We booked a pool access room which we didn’t like at all. The access was to a pool in the back side on the hotel and not to the main pool. The view was to an old wall. Don’t recommend it at all. The staff was accommodating enough to move us to a room with pool view but without pull access (downgrade) but without refund it any money. The maintenance of the hotel could be better. There were parts of the pool with mold & there wasn’t even a bit of shade in the pool.

The hotel had great facilities. Big pool with slides for the kids. Open and close playground. Breakfast was great. The beach is perfect. The restaurant in the beach was really good as well.

Reception staff need to be friendlier and more welcoming. And check out could be much better. We were charged for water we did not use and then when we explained there was no acknowledgment or communication. I also asked for a photo copy of my passport and was charged 20bht ( 2 copies). I think if staff were more friendly this hotel Would be great!
