Maybe add more sun beds around the pool but everything else was great!

The hotel was really lovely and the pool was great with sea views and the staff were nice. Our room was really nice and we loved the hammock! We rented bikes through the hotel which was handy and they also helped us with pier transfer. We loved sitting on the bean bags to watch the sunset. There was the option to order food but we didn’t bother as there was a nice little night market with food stands just a 3 minute walk away.

Sarana is in an amazing location and the staff are so helpful. We came for the full moon and wanted somewhere away from the noise but close enough to get there quickly and this was great. Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Don't know anything. Maybe that there was no hair dryer in the bungalow - but we did not bother about that and did not ask at reception for it.

We went there for our honeymoon and we have been greeted very welcoming by the host. (just wow, they surprised us) Infinity pool, bar/restaurant inside the facilities, beach, beautiful bungalows - that made our stay in the Sarana just magical. Location to access Thong Sala, Haad Rin or other places is also very good. Value for money is just amazing.

Brilliant resort. The owner in reception was brilliant, answered any questions we had and organised a taxi for us when we left. The rooms are great- large and clean rooms with a modern shower. AC was great. The pool and facilities were amazing too- free paddle boards and gym on site. Pool was clean and food in restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

The staff here are lovely and so welcoming. We loved our bungalow and it was even better that it was a stones throw away from the pool and beach. The food was also great too for reasonable prices!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very noisy. They host a lot of different travel groups at this property who are out late and being extremely noisy through the night. We got woken up on multiple occasions at 3-4am of people outside our hut, shouting and laughing. It’s full of very young people with not a lot of consideration for anyone else. I do think If they have these large 30 people travel groups here they should only rent the rooms out to them as presentations, meetings and BBQs with the different groups did take over the property and it felt like we weren’t meant to be there at points.

The pool area is beautiful- loved staying in the little bungalows! Short walk to 7/11.

The night stuff at the bar was a bit rude. The guy, He didn't want to answer me about food and drinks questions, but keeping said, "Look at the menu."

The room was big. The lady at the reception was very accommodating and helped with the luggage and the room. The beach front is very nice, quiet, and clean. We had the massage at the front beach.

If you sleep in dorm, it is a 4. You can smell the bathroom in the whole dorm, awful smell. It's not clean, the beds are of very poor quality, and the isolation is so bad that even with the AC it's still really hot.

It is a 9 if you sleep in a private room. This place is literally perfect. Gym, swimming pool, beach, yoga, etc.

I struggled with the location as a solo traveller, not riding a scooter. It was an expensive taxi ride to see any of the other areas of the island. However that was my problem and no fault of the team at Sarana.

The pool and common areas were great. Right on the beach was great (even if the water was too shallow to swim!) People were lovely too. It was a very simple bungalow to stay in but it had all I needed for the few nights that I stayed.

I not like the beach. Sometimes it didn't look nice and that's because of the water. I don't know if this is good or bad but it felt like the resort is only for backpackers, feel not for every age. But still good resort of you want stay at budget for some nights.

I liked staying at Sarana bungalows. What I like must was your kindness well service. And for that price it's good bungalows.

Everything. All the staff are so friendly. The food is a mixture of western and Thai, and basically all of it can be vegetarian! The location was perfect. The grounds are well looked after, you can tell the staff and owners take pride in this place.

We had an issue with the aircon but that was our own fault and we figured it out on the last day!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. The pool looks out onto the beach and the setting is spectacular.

Nothing it was perfect

We absolutely adored this property. We stayed in the dorm and also got our own private bungalow another night. It’s just like an oasis, the pool on the beach, the food is lovely, the staff are amazing, the free access to the gym and the yoga shala. I was in my element when we stayed here, I think we left the property only to go for dinner each day. It’s bliss

We stayed in both types of bungalows and both were absolutely amazing! The bungalows have a beachy feel to them but still are comfortable, clean and modern. We extended our stay within 15 minutes of arriving to the property! There is also a swimming pool with multiple sunbeds and bean bags to sit on the beach. They also allow you to use the paddleboard which was really fun!
