There are many units at EST Bangsar, so what makes a room better or worse than another is largely the management company. My colleague and I spent nearly 2 months at EST, so we tried a number of them. Compared to the other companies, Greater Stay rooms have: bedside lamp, kitchen towels, facial tissue and a table and chairs on the balcony. They do not have: electronic door lock (physical key), slippers, mini bar, or a drinking water filter at the kitchen sink. The rep I dealt with, Alex, communicates better than the reps I've dealt with from three other companies at EST.

First room had a sewage smell coming from the drain in the master bath. Thankfully they switched my room after the first night. Second room had sewage smell in the second bathroom (not the master). Hot water in the master bathroom was only warm. Water in the master sink did not drain, Alex managed to fix it after a couple hours of work. The room did not have its own wifi, but rather, needed to connect to the wifi of an adjoining unit, which made for very spotty connection unless positioned near the shared wall. Both of the rooms I stayed in were on the lowest floor (10). Noticeably more noise from the train lines. Not specific to Greater Stay (i.e. common to all the management companies I've experienced): you need to separately pay a security deposit. If by card, you provide card details in writing plus a service charge. If you pay in cash, you need to do it within the management companies working hours (Greater Stay seems to have shorter hours than the other companies 10am-6pm). So, as I needed to check out before 10am , to get my deposit back I needed to arrange to meet the prior day before 6pm. Also not specific to Greater Stay: the loft has a very low ceiling: I'd guess a little over 1.5 metres/5'2". The sewage smell problem is also not unique to Greater Stay units. My colleague had this problem with a Luxury Suites Asia managed unit, as did I on a different stay.

Nearest to facilities..... All that just walking distance ....valued for money.... No need to drive to get your breakfast,lunch n dinner.... Just going down... Everything are there....👍🏾 Got mydin,zus,7E, nasi kandar🤗

unlike the other auto checkin hotels in town, you have nice staff here to chat and also kitty to play with, wish to stay much longer.

Ive been given 2 single bed at 1st. Saying theres no availability of king bed. Then after check in, they said got king bed because theres customer who change their room. The time was 12am.

They didn’t provide toilet tissue. I was told that breakfast was complimentary and they said they will sent the breakfast at my room. But nothing came at the morning. When I asked them where is my breakfast, they were like they don’t know anything
