few things needs to be improved. please place filter water that's important, it was hard to go out and took sometime to get things around and buy. if below if we have water filter it would be good.

The view of the balcony wasn't amazing, but I'm sure if you got the more expensive options (which really isn't that much more expensive), you would have a good view! Brickfields is a bit shady at night.

The place was really comfortable, the bed was great. Good Wi-Fi and a balcony is a big plus! Extremely quiet really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Liked the loft layout. Location is close enough to central KL, but not close enough to experience jams everywhere. AMAZING value for your money with all the things I mentioned. Has a bridge to the MRT station.

I am a tall person (180cm) so the bed which situated on top of the room ( which need to be hiked, ill tell in details next) was wayyyyy to short for me, i had to hunch or crawl to get into bed so its a hard work just to reach into bed. Next, i dont mind stairs to get into bed but here its soo high for each steps and kinda dangerous for kid cause there is nothing to blocked them from jump or whatnot. Thats all

I like the modern vibe apartment. The setup of the furnitures and lighting also good plus the blind from direct sun is chef kiss. Washing machine for me is the best features as it provide both wash and dry functions. The utensils and kitchen equipments were all in good conditions and ready to use (microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, knife sets, plates, cups). The wifi is fast so connecting to netflix and other apps is super easy. Staff is ready to answer your question in no time so plus point in that too. The distance from monorail (bangsar) also just 5 min walk so its great place to stay and travel anywhere through public transport.

Cozy Hotel Apartment which is well connected to the metro station. Loved the ambiance of the space and how the apartment was designed. Also great Value for money.

Communication prior to arrival could be improved . Requests for clarification regarding payment options were not responded to promptly. In the end payment with credit card was possible, but this was not clear from initial communication. Additional costs above booking .com price were added on.

Very clean and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Hosts met us on arrival so check in was not difficult.

Brickfields may be a little dodgy at night. Convenience stores are almost 1km away if walking.

This property is in a great location very close to little India right across the tracks from public transport. It is also very near KL Sentral. The property manager came to see us on the first morning we were there to arrange payment and when we told them that the toaster was not working they brought a replacement within 15 minutes which was excellent service. We also ended up having another friend staying with us which was not a problem with management and no extra money needed to be paid.

The wifi is unreliable - disconnected several times and get slow especially at night Also the sink clogged quite bad in one of the bathroom

Since it is very near to the LRT station, it might be a little bit noisy throughout the night/early morning time when the trains pass by. But not a big deal for us, everything was awesome.

It was quite cozy tbh and very near to the Bangsar LRT station, basically just a connecting bridge to walk over. Love the living room and the loft area of the room that’s allow us to chit chat and watch YouTube together :)

Right next to railway tracks and busy road, lowest residential level was very noisy even after midnight, especially when freight trains were passing by. Bathrooms had bad smell which could not be entirely removed even after replacing bathroom traps and using enzymes and air fresheners. High wear and tear of apartment despite being relatively new.

Easy access to public transportation, very helpful and accommodating host, good facilities like Smart TV, kitchen, good air conditioning and internet, washer/dryer. Nice pool and gym, convenient parking at a charge.

We reached around 6:30 a.m., and the person at the reception was half asleep and pushed the register towards me, he did not care to guide me. I made a mistake while filling in the entry and he went ballistic, I was surprised by this kind of behavior and would have raised it to the management. But, sometimes you just want to rest after a 15-hour long flight and do not want to start your vacation on the wrong foot.

Connected to LRT station. Big rooms with adequate facilities. Wifi speed is excellent.
