The staff were all very friendly, the facilities were excellent, it was spotlessly clean and we loved staying there over our long weekend. We wanted to stay somewhere a little special and we made a great choice.

Overall, I think the Royal Lancaster is a fantastic choice offering an excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a prime location, making it a great option for both business and leisure.
