Montague On The Gardens kijkt uit over een eigen, afgesloten tuin. Dit luxehotel met 4 sterren beschikt over 2 restaurants, een eigen fitnessruimte en 2 serres. The Montague was a cosy, elegant and friendly base for my trip to London. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Megan explained the company policy is to make women traveling by themselves comfortable in a room overlooking the garden, away from the lift and quite spacious. The restaurant serves beautiful food and the bar has a pianist in the early evening. The location is perfect for exploring, just 10 mins walk from the theatre district and Covent Garden and lots of transport options. If you walk to the end of the street, you will find Russell Sq. There is a lovely Italian Cafe where I had breakfast under the trees. Thank you Megan, Sebastian and Georgia for making my stay special.

Het Ridgemount Hotel ligt in de wijk Camden van Londen. Het biedt accommodatie met een tuin en gratis WiFi, op slechts 400 meter van het British Museum. Fantastische centrale ligging in relatief rustige straat, met levendige omgeving, op loopafstand van Soho. Goede metro en bus verbindingen. Vijf persoons kamer was iets ruimer dan gedacht, met bureau en stoel en kledingkast en had een gloednieuwe douche. Engels ontbijt werd geserveerd (geen buffet) door uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Hotel was verreweg goedkoopste van centraal gelegen hotels London met waardering boven 7. Ik heb echt heel veel hotels bekeken. Hoge waardering op booking volledig terecht. Ook fijn dat het geen massaal hotel is van grote keten.

The Academy - Small Luxury Hotels of the World ligt in Bloomsbury in het Londense West End en bestaat uit een verzameling van vijf Georgiaanse herenhuizen gecombineerd tot één hotel. I absolutely loved this little quirky hotel. The rooms were a bit dated but very cute and had everything that was described in the booking details including a free mini bar with soft drinks and water and these were replaced each day. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel bar was small but nice and the outside garden terrace had good furniture and hot lamps which were great as we were there in December. The staff were amazing and so helpful nothing was too much to ask.

De suite ligt op slechts 100 meter van het British Museum en op minder dan 10 minuten wandelen van Covent Garden en Soho. The public areas are aesthetically pleasing, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is extremely close to the British museum and a pleasant short walk to Tottenham Road station, Covent Garden, theaters, etc. Also a great pleasure to start the day by enjoying a lovely breakfast here.

The Gyle is goed gelegen in Londen, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een tuin, gratis WiFi en een bar. Our stay at the Gyle was perfect. This boutique hotel is very new and cosy, the rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds; in the morning they serve you a very rich and good continental breakfast and you can always have free coffee. The hotel is very well located, close to King's cross tube station. Princy and Anush were very attentive and nice with us and since it was new year's eve they even gave us a little present. Thanks for everything guys and we will definitely be back soon. Happy New Year
