Ideally located in the Botafogo district in Rio de Janeiro, Ibis Botafogo is just 1.9 km from Morro da Urca and 2.3 km from Christ The Redeemer. The location was very good - safe neighbourhood.

Plaza Spania Boutique Hotel is situated in the Botafogo district in Rio de Janeiro, 260 metres from Botafogo Beach. Amazing little historical hotel! We stayed here for three nights and loved it! The room is not huge, but good enough to rest and keep all of our bags (we have 4 bags). The room is clean enough, the bed is comfortable, and air conditioner is really helpful for a hot day in August. The shower is clean and water pressure is a dream! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is definitely a bonus with many choices and delicious. The location is great too, close to everything but not expensive. The only thing is the Uber drivers may be picky as it is close to the airport.🤣 The price is very reasonable. Local friends told us this area is much better. I strongly agree. Strongly recommended!

We had an incredible time during our stay at this hotel on the Botafogo coast. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Safety was never a concern, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Our days were filled with a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation – whether it was exploring the vibrant nightlife or enjoying morning workouts on the beach followed by sessions in the hotel gym. One of the highlights was undoubtedly our evenings spent on the rooftop, indulging in delicious drinks and snacks while taking in the mesmerizing views. The attentive staff, especially Felipe and Anderson, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Dominik and I are already planning our next trip back. This hotel has left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to create more wonderful memories here together

Breakfast was simple but good. Good location, close to Botagofo beach, metro station, bus stops, super market, malls and restaurants

Ibis Styles Rio de Janeiro Botafogo is set in Rio de Janeiro, 500 metres from Botafogo Beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Location, location, location. Stayed there several time before and its my prefered place.

Right across Botafogo Beach, HMG Rio Suítes offers accommodations in Rio de Janeiro. The property features an on-site bar and WiFi throughout the property, free of charge. Decorated Rooms , clean and safe. Breakfast was excellent , location was perfect to the mall and shopping they have excellent staff , they offer to takes your luggage to your room if you want

O Veleiro Bed and Breakfast is located in Rio de Janeiro and offers convenient rooms with free Wi-Fi, as well as an outdoor pool. Very friendly and helpful hosts who make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The house cat and dog were also very terrific.
