The person at the front desk Sunday night was nice and helpful. She made sure we knew where things were located, knew about the free breakfast and time. We arrive late evening and went out to get something to go. Came back with no utensils and she helped us out and provided some plastic ware for us. Also, like that they provided 4 towels, lately hotels seem to provide 2 or 3. Overall everything was nice.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was excellent and perfectly equipped. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our room clean and replenish was not done. The manager of the property personally came to explain why and was incredibly gracious and kind. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and Europe and were very impressed by his customer focus. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is "past the curve" in many ways! The shower and sink's hot water didn't work well; the floor was dusty like the maid hadn't even vacuumed; they charged for breakfast and everything was ala carte and extremely expensive; they gave us a "complimentary breakfast" of "up to $20" which would basically buy 2 cups of coffee, so we opted to go to McDonalds!

Seamed to have a lot of road noise when we entered the room, but was very easily ignored by the time we went to bed. No bad smells considering the close proximity to the interstate. Amarillo a very industrial city, but friendly and courteous.

It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in.
It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in. Just dated and the desk top was not cleaned by the staff. That was disappointing, every surface should be cleaned. The pool is not inviting, and was kinda cold.

This little town has grown so much, and it is obvious that the leaders are working to make it even better. Getting around was easy, but I tried to avoid the interstates. Anything I needed was a short distance from downtown and easily accessed. I only attended the horseshow at the fairgrounds, but the nightlife downtown was booming.
I’m absolutely in love with this find in Amarillo! Such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual accommodations! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt compelled to answer a questionnaire or give a review, but when it comes to exceeding expectations, this new re-vamped hotel is something I’m actually excited about, and have already told all my friends about. Reminds of Austin and LA!!
Thank you so much for bringing this energy to Amarillo…it needs a jewel like this.
My Place has everything we need to relax after a long drive; and this hotel is a perfect location for a through travel stay. It was directly behind Saltgrass restaurant as well as other nice places to walk to and eat.
Front desk staff, Susan, was friendly and informed us of the amenities as well as future stays; checkout was easy with a very nice young man. This would be our choice to stay in when in Amarillo TX. We love my Place hotels!
This is a relatively new build hotel and is fresh and clean. Good sized room that was also comfortable. Reasonable breakfast choices available and food was of good quality and freshness.
The hotel location is convenient to access to / from the freeway and is only a 10 minute drive from the historic old town Highway 66 strip which we visited to enjoy the old style feel and some great food.

This hotel is located away from any decent places to eat, burgers are the local staple, after spending the day in the car travelling it would have been good to eat locally, not even a place to get a beer near by.
The place is well used and breakfast hot choice was something pre porting to be scrambled eggs!
Defiantly made a mistake choosing this hotel.
When we first got here it was very clean and spacious, then we laid down on the bed and it was so comfortable, and then we woke up in the morning for breakfast and it was the best breakfast ever at a hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. We will always come back to this hotel in the future when we come here. Thank you staff at Embassy Suites
Nice new hotel, large rooms with comfortable beds and a better that expected bathroom. The kitchen was a nice plus. This would be a great place to stay if you were going to be in Amarillo for several days on business. Better that expected free breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage served by two really nice ladies. Well lit parking lot.
I was not able to stay at this hotel because as soon as we arrived we were told that our room was being cleaned and that it would be a while. This was at 2 am in the morning and we had to go to another hotel so we would like our money for this hotel refunded to us as soon as possible.
Thanks, Karen Matchetf
The breakfast was above average. Room is very clean and suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids and the price is fair. The hotel is very conveniently located near the main highway thru town. The employees are friendly and efficient. We will definitely come back when we are in Amarillo next time.
The breakfast was a true highlight and the staff were friendly. Best “free” hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. The place is clearly in a transitional phase so some areas are updated and renovated and some are not. Bed was comfortable, good value for money. Nice pool area.
The rooms we’re comfortable, the staff was all friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and fun, having a clean bathroom across from the pool was great as well. We didn’t travel w a dog but I love that it’s a pet friendly hotel. The price for value was great!
We loved everything about this stay! My only complaint was we had to leave this hotel to continue on with our trip. I will stay here the next time we are in Amarillo. It was perfect location to food, Walmart etc.
The hotel is in an expanding part of Amarillo. Very new. The room was as described and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We had easy on & off Interstate. Close to Cadillac Ranch.
Very nice and polite young man working at the front desk. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and hot. Best hotel we stayed at our entire trip of traveling for few months!
close to hwy. the on site restaurant was wonderful. great food and friendly staff!
the hotel staff Zack at front desk was the best!
Pet friendly “grass” potty area that they kept well clean.
The breakfast was fine. The area was clean and quiet, with enough space to social distance. The hotel was clean and appeared to have fairly new updates to sidewalks etc.
Contact less check in was great. The rooms was very nice. Having the bar in the hotel is nice. The bar is very small but it's OK. I don't need to keep writing.
