Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was excellent and perfectly equipped. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our room clean and replenish was not done. The manager of the property personally came to explain why and was incredibly gracious and kind. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and Europe and were very impressed by his customer focus. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This hotel is "past the curve" in many ways! The shower and sink's hot water didn't work well; the floor was dusty like the maid hadn't even vacuumed; they charged for breakfast and everything was ala carte and extremely expensive; they gave us a "complimentary breakfast" of "up to $20" which would basically buy 2 cups of coffee, so we opted to go to McDonalds!

Seamed to have a lot of road noise when we entered the room, but was very easily ignored by the time we went to bed. No bad smells considering the close proximity to the interstate. Amarillo a very industrial city, but friendly and courteous.

It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in.
It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in. Just dated and the desk top was not cleaned by the staff. That was disappointing, every surface should be cleaned. The pool is not inviting, and was kinda cold.

This little town has grown so much, and it is obvious that the leaders are working to make it even better. Getting around was easy, but I tried to avoid the interstates. Anything I needed was a short distance from downtown and easily accessed. I only attended the horseshow at the fairgrounds, but the nightlife downtown was booming.
I reserved several days, but when an employee stole over $400.00 from me, and mgmt refused to address the issue, I filed charges with the local police. Because I did file charges, mgmt canceled the remaining days of my prepaid reservation and REFUSED to refund those days remaining.
The mgmt of this Hotel does not protect the guests employee theft but instead further enhances the crime by kicking guest out and keeping the money paid for days remaining.
Hyatt place is conveniently located close major hwy and most of city traveller points of interest. Beautiful place, very clean with friendly staff. Generous size rooms in modern minimalistic style that I really like. Bathrooms are clean and moderately big. The pearl of the stay is their breakfast. Delicious variety of breakfast options accompanied by a very hospitable lady- cook. Price was acceptable. One of the best hotels in Amarillo, TX.
This cabin was everything! Every detail was taking care of! Beautiful and comfy! Pet friendly! Small but very well designed! I would definitely recommend it and I would also come back! Nice place to relax by your own or with your partner! Have everything you need to cook and the price is very ship comparing to a hotel stay. Thank you so much to The Relic for sharing this space!
This place does not look like the pictures the gym doesn’t work the Pool is closed there is cucarachas everywhere and every single room of that hotel looks like a crime scene the only good part about it was the people at the front desk there were helpful and move me to what they call a better room closer to the front desk because I was scared for my life
The picture in the ad makes this hotel look much nicer than it is. I was traveling with a dog and a toddler, neither one of which makes messes, but was given a pet friendly room. Apparently that means stains on the walls, toilets that don't flush and sinks that don't drain are what pet owners have to accept at a higher price. Ridiculous and sub par.
The outside seating area was awesome. Sitting there looking at the beautiful mural painted on the wall of the hotel was so relaxing. We traveled with dogs so for them to be able to run around while we sat back in some Adirondack chairs made for a great day on the road. Must stay in Amarillo.
The room was very clean and spacious…perfect for all our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out we could get breakfast in the morning…perfectly cooked by Leah, who also helped us check in. Parking was so easy as it is attached to the hotel and very reasonably priced.
This was a very nice hotel for a very nice price. I don’t foresee ever being in Amarillo again but if I was, I would stay here and you should too.
New, very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Good beds. Everything you could want.
close to hwy. the on site restaurant was wonderful. great food and friendly staff!
the hotel staff Zack at front desk was the best!
Pet friendly “grass” potty area that they kept well clean.
The hotel was very accommodating with our request for a ground floor room as we were traveling with our 2 cats! Large room for them to explore and stretch their legs after a very long drive.
It is an "airport hotel" but does not have a shuttle service. A good average hotel, nothing special, therefore relatively expensive for the service offered as an "airport hotel".
The breakfast was fine. The area was clean and quiet, with enough space to social distance. The hotel was clean and appeared to have fairly new updates to sidewalks etc.
Loved the new look , clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast options were also great.
Hotel staff provided a coupon for free appetizers at a local steakhouse- nice touch.
