Everything was excellent, we wish we knew in advance how nice it is, we would have stayed an extra day or two.
Also make sure you dine at the small outdoor restaurant down by the river called La Capitainerie. Amazing food and wonderful owners who run it.

Meung sur Loire was a great surprise-- very beautiful little...
Meung sur Loire was a great surprise-- very beautiful little village, and within a 5 min walk from hotel we went through park, saw the chateau and the lovely town square, stopped at a bakery and cafe for a nice breakfast. Very picturesque

It’s a shame the restaurant next door hasn’t been rebuilt yet - we like a restaurant within walking distance so will probably choose another hotel next year. Only other comment is that when a triple is booked the sheets should already be put on the bunk bed. This was the case at the ibis budget Limoges, but we had to put the sheets on ourselves at Meung sur Loire who can is very awkward and difficult. The bed has been booked and paid for so should have sheets already on it as far as I am concerned.
