This was the best place we stayed in our two weeks in New Zealand! The owner, Sue, was lovely, kind, and so accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The studio had everything we needed, including an exceedingly comfortable bed, freshly laundered towels and sheets, a charming kitchenette (complete with with coffee and tea, granola, butter, milk, a kettle, fridge, and a toaster), and a lovely bathroom with both a shower and a spacious bath. The views were absolutely incredible, as promised. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect! very close to the museum, harbour, new world supermarket, and cube street! everything is close! Also, very easy to communicate with the landlord, he responds quickly! Room is tidy and clean!

This place was ideal for me and my 9month old. Very friendly host who was very responsive. Super handy to the airport and many good eateries. Quiet spot with nice walks nearby. I would definitely recommend this property.

Unique accommodation high above the harbour with great day and night views. Loved the private cable car! Amazingly quiet since it is just off a reasonably busy road. Enjoyed our 3 nights there! Parking was no problem, just across the road, just had to buy a couple of daily $20 coupons from the little shop on the street.

We felt very welcome. Jenny and Peter are very nice and warm people. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants and booked us a cab for the airport. A very good location in Oriental Bay close to the beach. A beautiful room, clean and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend this, one of our best stays in New Zealand.

Great Hotel close to the center. Very comfortable. Street parking was possible, Hotel personnel was great ! After we discovered the washing machine was broken the desk person did the laundry for us !

Very clean and spacious apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer. Host was wonderful and accommodating. Thanks for the chocolates and restaurant recommendations! Bonus of free secure parking. High-end and very comfortable furnishings and bed. And to top it off, a beautiful balcony with views over the city and waterfront. Can easily walk into town from the apartment. We will be back for sure.
