Lovely spot, lovely pool and garden, rooms and outdoor space are beautifully decorated with genuine art. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The meals are great, home cooked and good value. The hosts are lovely people, very attentive and caring, they were above and beyond helpful and helped us organize our sightseeing. They have a tuk tuk driver at a reasonable rate, he is also lovely, he gave us cold water and cold cloths to cool off at every stop.

The villa also had a private pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a long day exploring Angkor Wat. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved our stay here and wish we could stay for longer. Vicheth was an amazing host, helping us with everything we needed. The Villa was so clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Location was great, just a short 5 minute tuk tuk into the main area of town. We can’t fault our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Situated in Siem Reap, less than 1 km from King's Road Angkor, Cozy Boutique Villa Siem Reap features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
