The apartment not just met but exceeded our expectation regarding cleanliness, comfort and the location itself. We got a nice welcome package with some snacks and also coffee which was more than enough for our stay. We are usually really picky about the cleanliness of the bathrooms so it was quite amazing that we found a perfectly maintained and clean one. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful and we couldn't get enough of the view.

the property had a great location ~ 400 m away from the train station. it's located towards the end of the village which provides some privacy. still it's close by to cafe's, restaurant and the train station for accessibility. the property itself is surrounded by a fabulous garden. one can spend easily the day there to relax, read a book or just enjoy nature and the hills and the sea views. it's overlooking an amazing landscape with plenty opportunities for hiking. amazing trails.

The hotel is in old town Monterosso which is the least hilly of the 5 villages so rolling our luggage from the train station to hotel was not a major undertaking. The location was perfect, beachfront, near to the train station,to the restaurants and to the village center. Secondly and most importantly is that Ms. Hilary was really helpful, really welcoming and caring. She did everything to make our stay better. Thirdly, the room was daily cleaned. We will definitely come back!!
