The staff who was in VIP lobby was so helpful and accommodated me even though I was in the wrong building and gave us free VIP valet service. I really feel they value every kind of customer and it is a big factor. The room was just superb, it has an Ipad to control everything in the room and to request anything to the hotel. They have a separate shower and toilet (with Hi-tech automatic bowl) and the space is something! Bath tub w the pool view and walk in dressing room is wow! I am so fascinated and would def recommend this and stat again when Im get back in Philippines. It is the best hotel in Philippines without a doubt.

1) Security is very good. They will always check cars coming in, including the boot and running metal detectors under cars. Also, there's always at least 2 staff at the counter 24/7. With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

Honestly, everything went well from being picked up at the airport, to checking into the hotel, until the end. I was very happy with this hotel and EVERYONE was very nice, kind, and polite!

The host was very responsive and thoughtful. From the complimentary coffee (my first time to rent a unit that offered coffee grounds and french press so I was happy I did not have to worry about my morning black coffee fix), tea, bottled water and cup noodles to toiletries and room slippers. The host obviously thought of the small things and it mattered. Even when the digital lock's battery almost discharged, she made sure it was changed before I went out. The unit is clean and comfortable. Property staff were helpful and polite. Malls, restos, supermarkets, banks are nearby.

Owner is very responsive and accommodating. We appreciate the complimentary water and coffee. Not much people in the pool, we were able to have the entire pool to ourselves. Good WiFi connection, air conditioned rooms, great amenities. Amazing view of Brgy San Antonio and Ortigas. Pay parking also available.

Stayed here for two and a half weeks with my husband and toddler and the space was perfect for our little family. Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!
