Wonderful and modern design, perfect breakfast, city centre location but in quiet area, close to the slopes, parking including, services of shuttle bus and wellness of the hotel which we could use during our accommodation was totally lovely, same as the fitness. Restaurant located downstairs served tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. We were really thankful to the owners to accommodate our 7 years old daughter as a 5th person in the apartment despite the fact that its for 4 people and even without charging us any extra fee for the bed or breakfast, cleaning and other services. The accommodation is using natural local cosmetics same as local food ingredients from owners farm, which we appreciate a lot, same as the attitude to ecologic and responsible architecture and way of living.

Ski holiday This is perfect place to stay if you are there for skiing, walking distance from ski area and bus to take you to bigger ski area (2 min walking distance). Hotel is very nice, breakfast as well. We recommend!!

What a place! Breathtaking views from the balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderfully located if you have a car and want to hike around the area located in and around Cortina. We went for several hikes, including the Cadini di Misurina (which had gorgeous views of the Tre Cime). We traveled in first week of June and there was still a lot of snow and our family of three (including a 9 year old) had a great time. The stay at Joas and the hikes in the Dolomites were the highlight of our 15 day stay in Italy and Switzerland. The town of San Candido, a 8 min drive from the hotel, is a wonderful place for dinners. We had dinner once in a local restaurant recommended by Joas staff but were not very happy with the meal. If you want to savor local, rustic, no frills cuisine, would highly recommend Weisthaler restaurant in San candido where we ended up going twice during our stay.
