Well the weather at times wasn't so good. Yet the Boardwalk Tram was working. They're won't accept cash, only credit or Debit Cards. Found a new Boardwalk restaurant called Celebrity Corners. Excellent prices on meals, plus they serve alcohol.

We stayed at the Tropicana, and was highly impressed with them, & Borgata was EXCELLENT, but we went there our last day, and only had about three hours to spend. Late night food options were poor, everywhere we went. We had a sub at Tropicana the 1st night, and it wasn't very good. The workers at the late night venues, had a very hard time communicating, and understanding ENGLISH requests. The Food we did have seemed to be rather expensive for what it was. We ate at Chickies & Petes at Trop. & the Buffet at HARDROCK! We were one of the first guests into the buffet, and yet the Roast Beef was ALREADY prepared WELL DONE, there was no Rare, or Medium Options. It was $40 pp, and options were not incredible, just our own personal opinion, I guess. Hardrock also had DRINKS in glass glasses, and they were regular sized. (Not just a lil' plastic sample size). The Boardwalk was very nice, although we wished the weather was a bit warmer that was our fault for going in March. We did read online, however, that the TRAM would probably be up and running on the Boardwalk and it wasn't. The JITNEY was a great option at $2.50 pp going from Tropicana to Harrahs, and then again from Harrahs to the Borgata. Our cab driver to the airport, was Wonderful, and it was cheaper than we had expected. Will def. visit again in AC.

ATLANTIC CITY IS GOOD IF YOU STAY IN YOUR HOTEL SO I ADVISE YOU STAY IN A HOTEL THAT HAS EVERYTHING THERE, THE STREETS OF ATLANTIC CITY ARE OVERWELMED WITH HOMELESS, WE SAW MANY DRUG USERS STUMBLING AROUND, LOTS OF TRASH ALONG THE BOARDWALK, THE CITY NEEDS A GOOD BATH. THERE ARE THE TANGLER OUTLETS , THEY ARE NICE, BUT I SUGGEST ONLY GOING IN THE MORNING

I like most of the things during my stay except for few things.
There was no refrigerator, no microwave, no water bottles when checked in.
The linens and sheets were very hard and crispy which made our sleep uncomfortable
Showboat was terrible, water didn’t get hot in the shower, the room was very bare minimum not even extra toilet paper ran out and there wasn’t anymore, staff was ok, totally upset it wasn’t a casino for that I would’ve booked a different non casino hotel. Definitely NOT ever going back, also no taxis outside, had to wait 20 minutes. If I could give no stars or a zero rating I would.
Best hotel on the strip for sure. We really enjoyed the view and all of the amenities and layout of the property. We had a great time in the casino as well as nearly all of the restaurants we visited. Room service was fantastic. Amanda was tremendous. We did not love the taco truck unfortunately but everything else was superb. We would definitely come back.
The hotel is very glamorous. Our room was huge! The furnishings were very upscale and comfortable. Loved the bathroom being located in a separate space away from the bedroom area. Very restful and the view of the Atlantic City strip was gorgeous. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We will be back.
Resorts has a great location on the Boardwalk. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and other casinos. They re-did the pool area from a few years ago and it really needed it, so that’s a good thing. The pool is small but they have an adults only swim from 2P to 8P (closing time) which is appreciated.
The view was really nice from my window. The bed was comfortable, and there was a tv, small fridge, and coffee maker. The room was safe and secure, quiet. I liked that the hotel connected to another hotel, so that access to the boardwalk was more safe and pleasant than walking in the back streets.
Location was great, right by the boardwalk and beach. Nice to have parking there and the beds were comfortable. It was clean enough. Managers and maids were kind. It’s good for a weekend but I would never come to Atlantic City again because the area overall is bad (not the hotels fault)
What I liked about ocean resorts was the atmosphere and the scenery! The room was up to date and beautiful. The resort also had plenty of rest space so that you did not have to spend all of your time on the boardwalk or casino.
Stayed in Atlantic City for granddaughter's graduation from Stockton University. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Too bad the restaurant wasn't open so we had to travel outside of the hotel to find a restaurant.
Check in was quick, ice machine. location is close to the beach and boardwalk. Very close walk to Tropicana and it's restaurants. May have been cheaper to park there instead of the hotel.
Everything was clean. I liked the "early Atlantic City" atmosphere. You could get to the Casinos without walking outside. In fact, Sack of Subs was closer than the hotel lobby.
property sits Directly on the boardwalk.
this hotel has no casino.. but all slots from every hotel was in walking distance of 2 mins.
Balcony overlooks the ocean…
the BEST
Best price to quality offer that we could find for this weekend, in a city which is worth visiting but overpriced. Hotel just two min from train station.
