We stayed at the Tropicana, and was highly impressed with them, & Borgata was EXCELLENT, but we went there our last day, and only had about three hours to spend. Late night food options were poor, everywhere we went. We had a sub at Tropicana the 1st night, and it wasn't very good. The workers at the late night venues, had a very hard time communicating, and understanding ENGLISH requests. The Food we did have seemed to be rather expensive for what it was. We ate at Chickies & Petes at Trop. & the Buffet at HARDROCK! We were one of the first guests into the buffet, and yet the Roast Beef was ALREADY prepared WELL DONE, there was no Rare, or Medium Options. It was $40 pp, and options were not incredible, just our own personal opinion, I guess. Hardrock also had DRINKS in glass glasses, and they were regular sized. (Not just a lil' plastic sample size). The Boardwalk was very nice, although we wished the weather was a bit warmer that was our fault for going in March. We did read online, however, that the TRAM would probably be up and running on the Boardwalk and it wasn't. The JITNEY was a great option at $2.50 pp going from Tropicana to Harrahs, and then again from Harrahs to the Borgata. Our cab driver to the airport, was Wonderful, and it was cheaper than we had expected. Will def. visit again in AC.

ATLANTIC CITY IS GOOD IF YOU STAY IN YOUR HOTEL SO I ADVISE YOU STAY IN A HOTEL THAT HAS EVERYTHING THERE, THE STREETS OF ATLANTIC CITY ARE OVERWELMED WITH HOMELESS, WE SAW MANY DRUG USERS STUMBLING AROUND, LOTS OF TRASH ALONG THE BOARDWALK, THE CITY NEEDS A GOOD BATH. THERE ARE THE TANGLER OUTLETS , THEY ARE NICE, BUT I SUGGEST ONLY GOING IN THE MORNING

A city of dilapidated buildings and derelicts roaming the streets like zombies. And don't get me started on the bums. Only come if you have a very specific reason to be here and leave as soon as you can.
I arrived early and requested a room with a view of the ocean and bay. Additionally at arrival, I requested a room near the elevator as I use a walker. THEY ACCOMODATED ME WITH NO PROBLEM and the view from the room will have me going back to Boardwalk Flagship for any stay I make in Atlantic City. I've been to many hotels but Flagship (and this is my 2nd stay) has the best view of the water.
The hotel was in a great location. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and the beach in just a few minutes (I'm not normally a walker and it was no problem). The staff was great, accommodating to my mom who has some physical limitations. The room was simple but clean, welcoming and mostly comfortable. It was exactly what I needed just to get away for a few days.
I didn't like it where I was staying at cuz I was misled by the brochure. I'll be at poolside and I wasn't. I had people knock on my door. Drug addicts me for change and money every day and that people at the hotel told me or you're in Atlantic City but that is my experience. Raggly and I never go to that hotel again
The room size was better than the average hotel room in Atlantic City especially the Borgata. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The pop-up bar was very entertaining. The fine dining restaurants, especially Capriccio (which we went to twice) was the best restaurant we visited.
The ambience of the facility was phenomenal. It’s actually the best in Atlantic City and the upgraded rooms are beautiful. I thought oceans was the best until I came to Borgata and I was speechless looking at the pools, the rooms and the Decour.
Location of restaurants and casino was very nice in proximity to the hotel room.
It was nice to be right on the boardwalk and not far from the outlets
The hotel had staff that seemed friendly and knowledgeable about things to do
I did not like our stay at all. My family and I have been frequent guests at the Showboat in Atlantic City and have always been pleased with our stay which is why we keep coming back but I will NEVER book at this hotel again!!
Amazing, spacious rooms and if you book the ocean view, you get a beautiful one. Loved the variety of foods, very healthy and also hearty choices :-) hotel gym was one of the best I‘ve been at, overlooking the ocean.
The location is great. Right next to the Tropicana and a short walk to the beach. Best thing about the place. The staff was nice. Beds weren't bad. The price was good. Cheap. You get what you pay for.
A block off the boardwalk, and it is NOT seedy or dirty. Which is HUGE for Atlantic Cty. I was happily surprised at how neat, clean, and safe the hotel was. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.
