Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Door into our room 127 was much too difficult to open. Very heavy door and took my husband and myself to open it together. Also could use some more chairs around the pool. There were 4 lounge chairs.

People loitering on the property. Could feel safer. Our first room floor was dirty but the front desk associate moved us to a clean room. Friendly, responsive staff. Breakfast was good!

I only didn’t like that the housekeepers didn’t come daily. we had to call about it.

Can't think of anything at the moment. There was a pothole in the rear parking lot area, which could have made parking a little difficult.
Location was GREAT, the hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating and professional. Breakfast area was clean and managed well,

Right off 95S on busy street, noisy. Also, there was noise due to the property undergoing renovations. Breakfast was a disappointment - no hot food, just prepackaged refrigerated breakfast sandwiches and snacks. No half & half for the coffee, just artificial creamers.

Change the breakfast and make sure there is coffee available some people dont have breakfast but they usually like cup of coffee

The bathroom roof was cracked and patched by an amateur. The coffee in the room was creamer, no pods. The breakfast was the worst. You get plastic plates and cups as if we are 5 years old. The food is absolutely atrocious.. almost no protein, many times not at all. 'Scrambled eggs' are dry and looks old. Their attempt on quiche was a 1.5in salty dough ball. Seriously.. is that what US$209pn buys you? I have resolved not to stay with Marriot again. I asked if there was drip coffee in the evening available and there was just ice cold coffee.. I wanted to get out of there when I walked in but was not able to. On the previous visit I stayed at Hilton Gardens which was amazing Extremely unhappy with this stay. It the worst stay ever.

Everything about the property was great. I honestly didn’t like when I see my total price on booking.com compared to when I reach the hotel with more fees such as “parking fee”… Doesn’t make sense at all, especially after I was told that it’s a mandatory fee… $12??? Wow. Next time I come I will get dropped off.. 😂
The room was exceptionally nice… very roomy/ clean… Home away from home!!!

The rooms could have been cleaner the top of the refrigerator had enough dirt on it for a lifetime.
It was a nice room for the price. Just wish it was a little cleaner.

My room - pots and pans were missing, utensils were missing, no toilet paper, the sofa bed would not pull out, the toilet was not working. Cory the acting manager was kind enough to give to locate another room for my family and breakfast was not good. The hotel is doing construction and we were not able to get hot breakfast even though that was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. They should have put on booking.com that construction is being done at the hotel. They did however served cold breakfast which was cereal, butter and fruits. You had to ask for napkins, juice, plates etc. Nothing was out for you to chose but coffee and tea bags. There is no sign up showing the entrance of the hotel. The cleaning lady Sharmila was very pleasant and nice and very helpful.
it was next to Walmart, Shopping Mall, 1/2 hr from family, Chinese restaurant less than 5 minutes away.
