The pool was not available. The north door by the elevator was tricky to operate and I found it unlocked twice. The breakfast was very poor. A few apples, make your own waffles and dry cereal.

The location was perfect. I was attending a wedding and it was within a mile from the event. A quiet room others in the party stayed at the Holiday inn. It was more expensive but near interstate 57 and noisy they said.

The public spaces were very dirty. Did not eat the breakfast. The elevator is clear at the other end from the lobby. They only had one cart which was MIA. My accessible room was at the other end of the hall from the elevator. It was very difficult to open the outside door by the elevator especially with full hands because there was no cart.

My room was wonderful. Much nicer than expected.

The coffee was empty before breakfast hours were over. There was only a few plain bagels left, no cream cheese. Very little selection for breakfast food.

Overall the hotel was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and the desk employee was quick and friendly. This is a great place to stay for a short trip. The price is right for what you're getting....no frills hotel.

The hotel was not in good condition. The side door lock was not working and that end of the building is not well lit and is remote. We checked in late in the evening to a first floor room and were uncertain about our safety. The room itself was well equipped but had small holes in paneling, a large stain on carpet next to the bed, very badly worn sheets, and overall did not have the appearance of being well kept. The breakfast was very sparse. I tried to make instant oatmeal but the bags had hardened contents which I could not get out of the bag. The breakfast space was not well cared for., sticky table tops and counters.

The location was great for us. Right off the highway and close to our destinations. Also, Walmart and restaurants nearby. The staff on the phone and in person were very helpful.

In much need of repair. Back door broken and won’t lock, anyone can get in. Carpet in our room was horrible, major stains. Mattress covers tore up, and spread on beds old.

Heavy rain brought in dozens of ants. Night desk clerk said ghe had never had problems with ants and had rented that room the week before our stay. Morning clerk apologized and explained it happened with heavy rains in 2-3 rooms. Other than for few ants we had a very nice stay.

Pool was broken and not working. Breakfast was very lacking in healthy choices. The waffles tasted like cardboard. The hotel had a bad odor and our AC unit didn’t seem to be taking the humidity out of the air. It was stuffy in our room.

Pull out couch provided just the right amount of sleeping areas for our family.

Food was bare minimum. Bagels stale, no cream cheese, only fruit apples. Coffee warm, only powder creamer. Room was infested with ants. Had muffins wrapped in a bag on the desk. went to sleep and when we got up the desk and everything on it was covered in ants with a trail from the window. Bed cover was dirty and a found an earwig(bug) on the bed.

Swimming pool unavailable during stay. Kids very disappointed. No tv channel guide. Room Carpets looked dirty. Fitted sheets put wrong side out and top sheet stained.

Room size good. Replaced non working coffee maker promptly. Table and chairs helpful in room.
