Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe desk staff must have missed the customer service training day. They were less than pleasant to interact with. They all looked very angry. The only protein they had on the breakfast menu was boiled eggs.
The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable with good pillows. We liked the complementary airport shuttle.

United States of AmericaSee above as well as the bathroom lighting is horrible.
The room was spacious, the hotel itself inside needs a face lift, lots of stains on the hall and lobby carpet. I use to work at a hotel as a housekeeper and can tell no manager is going in the rooms to make sure it is cleaned to standards. No attention to detail. Staff was friendly and were quick to help. Just needs a face lift.

United KingdomThere was a stain on my pillow. I couldn’t get any hot water in the morning, so I called the reception to ask for some help - they said they would send a maintenance man. I waited 25 mins and nothing happened, so I called to find out what was happening and the lady on reception just hung up the phone on me. I wasn’t rude at all, I was perfectly kind and polite. So I decided I had to take a cold shower. I was getting a flight that day and didn’t want to be late. So cold shower it was. Then when I got to reception, the lady (young girl) told me that the shuttle bus to the airport had a flat tire, so they had no shuttle, and I could wait or get an Uber. The biggest reason I booked the hotel was so I could get a free shuttle to the airport. But it looks like they only have one shuttle, And with a flat tire it is totally out of commission! So I had to book an Uber for $30 for a 5 min ride to the airport. There was no kind of apology or acknowledgement that it was an inconvenience the girl on reception just said “what do you want me to do about it!”
The room was ok. The bed was fairly comfortable, I liked the bathroom.

United States of AmericaHallway carpet was filthy. Halls are dark and uninviting.
We stayed here because of an early flight out of SeaTac. The room was clean and they have a 24hr shuttle. Only reason we chose them is because of price. Pretty dated but reasonably priced.

United States of Americasome of the noise associated with the renovations, the elevators being out of order and my daughter was unable to use the stairs due to multiple sclerosis so it was difficult to get to the first floor to make it to her appointment at the hospital. someone's dog whining late night-early am, meat (when served for breakfast ran out too quickly so most guest, include us did not get any, room locks not working with key card or rooms not locking upon exit.

United States of AmericaThe mattress on the bed was sub par. Not comfortable which makes for a restless night sleep ( Isn't that the number one factor in a good hotel??) There was very poor security. door leading to the outside had a broken window which made it easy access for uninvited guests to sneak in and sleep in the stairwells on the upper floors, (scary when you walk down the stairs at midnight and there is someone sleeping in the hallway!)
The shuttle was prompt. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Hotel a very short ride from the airport. Plenty of parking. Good lighting in the room for reading and work. Shower had good water pressure.

CanadaYOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This is a very inexpensive Hotel in a very good location. Free breakfast was priced correctly however the coffee was acceptable. The free shuttle was driven by a guy that I'm sure was a stunt driver from FAST AND FURIOUS. He drove the shuttle flat out like it was stolen while wearing cranked up headphones with the motor screaming and swerving in and out of traffic. There was also a mix up with pickup at the airport. After booking the room we received a message that the shuttle stopped running at midnight so I just flagged the first cab that I saw. On arrival at the hotel we were told that the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour 24 hours a day. Wish we knew...
The Coffee was better than expected. The room was clean. The price was good for a short layover. The location was great. Free shuttle and breakfast. The orange juice was good. I'm really digging for things that I liked.

United States of AmericaProperty is old and run down. Rooms were cleaned regularly but still dirty due to age and appearance of everything. The beds were comfy
Property was close to the airport and some restaurants or fast food places. Staff was great, had a really positive attitude and very accommodating and professional. The staff professionalism made up for the lack of updates in the building as the facility was old and run down

United States of AmericaA couple of spots in the bathroom needed attention and we were one towel short. Also the trim or tile was missing between the bathroom door and the shower enclosure, which didn't enthuse me.
The location was very close to the airport and the shuttle was way more responsive than I have often encountered with hotels at SeaTac. We needed a last-minute stay because our late flight was canceled. The room was reasonably clean, and the bed reasonably comfortable, which was really all we needed.

United States of AmericaIt was my fault for not looking at the information. This hotel accepts pets. It just so happened that my neighbor had a dog and it kept barking! It was a first for me to experience this at a hotel. From now on I’ll be looking for hotels that don’t accept dogs or hotels that can separate the guest that have pets and don’t have pets.
Excellent location, and they have a shuttle to the airport! There’s a Deny’s and Jack in the Box right in front of hotel!
