Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was obnoxiously LOUD! People bumping super loud music, hanging around entrance in crowds smoking, shouting, VERY loud voices....well into the night. Didn't feel safe or professional.
Beds were comfortable. It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Nothing. Hampton Inn at the Salt Lake City airport was excellent.
We had to be at the airport by 6:15 am for our flight, so we booked the Hampton Inn shuttle for 6:00 am. The breakfast area was not scheduled to open until 6:00 am, but they opened up 15 minutes early for us. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous and the room was clean and modern. Thank You

Unfortunately a big party was going on during our stay and I felt bad for your staff. The members of the party were disrespectful, lazy slobs. The kids were left unattended at the pool and destroyed the area. Broken toy pieces on the pool bottom and all around the pool area. Towels, articles of clothing, food, smashed water bottles all over. Dirty, wet towels were left in the elevator numerous times. They took over the pool/hot tub area from our arrival time of 3:00pm til 10:00pm. Went down to use the pool a couple times and was relieved when they finally left but sad to see the destruction they left behind for someone else to clean up.
Everything the hotel offered was as I expected.

The room was comfortable and very spacious. The bed and pillows were also good. The breakfast was great!!!!! We like the access to coffee in lobby. The shuttle to airport was fast and efficient. Employees were all super nice!

you can’t fault them for the occasional sound of jets since it’s near the airport, but every so often you hear a jet coming in from the “wrong” direction and it sounds like 9/11. that’s just how it is with airport hotels though.
super clean, comfortable, quiet, a really nice place to use as a home base while exploring the Salt Lake area. I was really surprised by how big the room was.

Better coverings on the window. A large gap between the curtain and wall left enough space for the street light to shine through. Also paper thin walls and poorly sealed windows. I could hear people stomping around and talking at 530am. Also jist a picky note. But it's too hot in the workout room.
Comfy bed, large room and good breakfast. Staff wrte also really great.

we were kind of disappointed the way the receptionist lady treated us. how far treatment in person and in their letter!! when we checked in, the lady was busy answering phone from someone who complained something, so we had to wait quite long. But when we checked out, it was worse. the lady (different lady) did not even say a single word to us! she threw the key we put on the counter into the key box (her body language spoke "hassle") and when I asked for the receipt she just printed and put it on the counter without saying ANY word!! no hello, no good morning, no thank you, no NOTHING! I thought it was not the way a hotel like Hampton (Hiltons) should treat their customer. It was below 2stars hotel!!

My only complaint is the housekeeping coming at 9 am pounding on my door when checkout was 11. She literally opened my door as I was sleeping in bed still. Also I had my card changed $10 them $20 and for no reason ans it still has yet to be refunded.
The night shift woman was so rad.

Room had no dark window coverings despite facing a very brightly lighted parking lot and security gate across the street. Was really amazed how poorly planned that was and that they close not to put any kind of black out/opaque curtains considering the lighting just outside.
Close to airport, app-based check-in and key worked well. Just a place to shower/sleep.
