We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAt check in told them non smoking room. She states several times no smoking in room not even weed. My husband only smokes outside everywhere, no worries here. Got it told.her. next day had my nice with me ( visiting family from out of state) and ask if pool is open? She states yes for registered guest only. Told her just checked in last night. She said you were solo. No ma'am me my husband my son ( standing beside me) and 2 dogs (which we paid cash for) she said 2 dogs?!?! I said yes we paid last night. She said my niece 9 yo cannot. I'm registered can I pay extra while visiting family here for them to.play with thier cousin. He said in a nasty way "only her no one else"! Omg cannot visit family and have fun really?!?! Then upon leaving (the room still clean) cleaning lady gonna look at room then look at the car in disgust like we f*ed up the room. We never do. We were raised better.

United KingdomBreakfast was plentiful but of the poorest quality ingredients. Plus we were dismayed at the extensive use of plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates etc. In this day and age it really us unacceptable.
Receptionist chatted with me about India and kindly printed off details of Swampfest for me which I didn't even know was going on. Having a fridge is very helpful (although freezer was broken)
