We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only "complaint" I would have is while I was checking in there was only one person at the desk. The phone kept ringing so she would have to stop helping me to answer the phone. Maybe there should be 2 people at the desk at all times.
The location was perfect for what we were in town for. The hotel was great. The kids enjoyed the pool.

This place was huge! I think it was 3 hotels in 1. Beautiful decor, staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice area, not too far from restaurants and stores.

United States of AmericaI arrived at the hotel and they didn't have my reservations from Booking.com. Three guest service members checked all reservation areas and still nothing. They kindly got me a room. Luckily, I had copies of my reservation emails from Booking and the hotel that verified everything. It all worked out fine!
The staff were great, very accommodating. Our room was nice and quite. The facility was adequate for the event we attended at the hotel. The Bistro had good food and drinks, only a little small with the group that was at the hotel.

Great location very close to mall and entertainment. Breakfast was expensive, so we didn't eat at the hotel.

I have stayed here many times. It is my FAVORITE Courtyard location. Staff are always helpful/cheerful. Bistro is ALWAYS open. Room is always ready even if I'm early. Ya'll have the noise reduction figured out. Never hear an airplane in my room. Other locations, can hear simple car traffic ;-(

United KingdomDidn’t like that I have to request to clean my room. Rooms can be cleaned every other day at the least. I missed my breakfast and when I went down to breakfast it was too late, they couldn’t even offer me a snack rather the staff pointed to a fridge where I can buy snacks and yogurt. Some complimentary snacks would have been great. I waited 2 hours for the hotel driver to pick me up from the airport, didn’t know the right location I was meant to wait, should be clearer instructions next time.
I like the decor, close to the location I was visiting. Beautiful and clean, nice friendly reception staff

United States of AmericaOnly one Elevator worked, took 5-7 mins to get to lobby, and or to our room. The ice machine on 4th floor wasn’t working. Went down to 3rd floor and it wasn’t working either. I informed front desk of all these issues upon checking out.
the convenience of location to local restaurants. The pool was great! And the price for one night stay. The front desk staff were amazing, even as busy as they were at 4:30 with folks checking in.

United States of AmericaAt no fault to the hotel, it was a little jarring to hear and see the planes flying so low to land on the runway at the airport. However that is a given when being so close to the airport, so no worries :) One staff member behaved unprofessionally and made (what came off as) rude remarks out loud when my significant other commented to me that the front door lock was unlocked the previous night, but otherwise the staff was exceptional and kind.
We enjoyed how close it was to the Grapevine Mills, as well as the food options available. The staff overall was very kind and pleasent, and cleanliness was in tip top shape. Very comfortable and home like. The king room gave space so it never felt cramped.
