It is a little bit far from the Strip that is Main Street in Las Vegas, but I think it was better because it is quiet. If you have a car, then it is not problem.

The room was so comfortable and clean. View was so nice. The pool is wonderful, so many people was enjoying.

We asked for a kettle in the room but were told the hotel did not have any kettles or coffee makers, we thought that was unusual.

Our room which was the basic room was spacious, light and well decorated and equipped. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting. The pool area was superb. Loads of sunbeds although they were a bit packed in. Plenty of hosts taking drinks orders. We liked Randy's cafe for coffees and teas. We ate a couple of times at Juniors, which was quick service, tasty and well priced. The casino was bright and spacious although we thought the table bets were a little high.

The resort is a little far from the main action of the strip but acceptable if you dont mind walking. Ride share and taxis are easily accessible for those who choose not to walk.

We got a free upgrade to Crockfords. The suite was amazing with a huge bathroom and walk-in robe. The view was lovely and the room was modern and beautiful. The resort had everything to the point where you could spend days. I appreciated that the casino smelt fresh and wasn't musty like some of the older casinos.

The hotel doesn't have kettles. Reception service wasn't friendly, nor did they take accountability for a housekeeping request. Pool areas close at 6pm. The amenities and size of the room listed on this website were fundamentally incorrect. Neither Resort world and Booking com gave two hoots - both say to contact the other.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Housekeeping personnel were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options on the casino floor however menus are limited. Nice clean casino. Well-presented and looked-after ground floor. Parking is free, sign up for a rewards card at the Casino.

The pools are nice, obviously you have to pay extra for the infinity pool, which is definitely not ok in my opinion. But far worse is, that we had at check-out a long line of customers (approx. 20) and after 10 minutes the line in front of us was 3 shorter, behind us already longer. I askes one of the Conrad staff, if she could check us out and we had nothing extra and nothing from the Minibar. After 2 days I learned from my credit card statement, that USD 250 of minibar consumption has been charged, the deposit was USD 250. An email was unanswered for 2 weeks, but I was on the phone, left it on loudspeaker and waited in the line for 25 minutes +. After speaking with a representative I received the day after confirmation, that I had no consumption from the minibar (as was correct) and after 1 more week the money has been credited. So far, so good, but if you check especially the ratings with "1" you will find several such reports, which means, that some organizational precaution should be taken in order to avoid those mistakes. As for future guests, I can only recommend to check out in person with a representative.

Location and service- Rooms need to be attended better.

We did not get a coffee or tea machine in the room we booked, which was horrible. In their Hotel advertisement, it does not state that only particular rooms get them. I like my coffee in the morning before my kids wake up. I had to walk to Starbucks to get my coffee but before this, I needed to change and go for a long walk (the Hotel is not small; it's a fair walk). We did not get water bottles every time housekeeping attended our room. We only got our free water bottle once while staying at the Conrad Resort. I wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend it. I felt like, I had to constantly ask for the service that other hotels usually give. It's a shame as the Hotel is fairly new and they feel like they are TIRED of customer service already. The room is spacious, so that's a plus.
