Nothing. I wish I had stayed longer!

This place had everything perfect. The eclectic details played with my sense of humor everywhere we went. Check in and out was easy. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was so cool, the bed was so comfortable, the connectivity in the room was so unexpected, it was the cherry on top! Breakfast was even made in skillets and Dutch ovens, not catering trays which I appreciated.

Room size is good for 1 person. A bit small.

Absolutely favorite in Downtown Miami! I love digital check in - out. Very comfortable room. Love design of hotel, corridors, room. So comfortable to manage your room by room iPad. I enjoyed shower light change, so cool. Staff is amazing too. Roof pool is so cozy. View in the night is just stunning. Bar staff is so friendly and I coctails were so delicious. Gym is very good and beautiful view.

Great location, close to the free metro, which can take you to the centre of the Downtown Miami. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is just a glass cabin, but it is clean, everything is connected to the tablet, and it works great. I would stay here again.

I'm still waiting for the invoice...already 4 days for the e-mail with the invoice (you cannot get it by check-out from the hotel)...I sent the e-mail to the hotel with kindly reminder but still did not get any answer, so the communication with the hotel does not really work.

Everything was extra! We arrived much earlier and were able to check in as we came and had a beautiful room with a view of the bay. Pool is amazing including the bar. Great and helpful staff! Location is great too, so easy to go anywhere using metromover that is next to the hotel.

Gym could be better. Location is not the best.

Very tech, everything is controlled by iPad. Modern, decorated, good pool. Breakfast buffet really good around $20/day.

Shower was broken

It's very different and quite enchanting. Although the rooms are on the small side, the ambiance and decor make up for it. Absolutely loved the shower gels as well as the body cream. Operating everything via the i-pad was fun. The bar and food was very good. They have decent variety and the staff is excellent

Location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Miami. The hotel was really clean, nice bar area and check in/check out was very efficient. Bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds I've slept in

The rooms were definitely compact, but very efficient.

The property is very funky and has very functional spaces down in the lobby. The rooms are small but efficient. Excellent idea to put the safe under the bed. We are big fans of the hotel especially the breakfast buffet. Staff were super nice and super helpful shout out to our barista “B” who hooked us up with some delicious cappuccinos. The bacon at the buffet was also nice and thick. there’s good variety at the buffet. The salmon and guacamole were very fresh.

Not much, had to switch the rooms because the tv wasn’t working also u can’t control to temperature in your room even if u have the table to change it. Other then that everything else looks great

The location was perfect, about 15 minutes away from Miami Beach , 10 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes away from the Mall, (drive), I mean the hotel itself was pretty nice I will definitely stay there next time .
