The floors creak because it is an older hotel, and that can sometimes wake you up in the middle of the night if the people above you are walking around. But that's to be expected for an older building, and frankly, it's just part of the hotel's quirky charm.

The location was great for walking to all the Broadway shows. The room was large and included breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And although it is an older hotel, the Casablanca really had a lot of charm and attention to detail. We would certainly stay there again!

Location is hard to beat. Love the small size of the hotel. 24 hr access to drinks and snacks. Personal service. Breakfast was charming, reasonable selection and great service.

The breakfast was pretty basic and the eating area was insufficient for the number of people who wanted to eat. The computer was very slow. As everywhere in the US it is assumed that you know what, where, and how things work.

The size of the hotel. The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is the best I have stayed in . You are right next door to a fabulous diner and 1 minute from the red steps of Times Square . The staff here are beautiful and helpful from the hosts at breakfast to the various concierges. I highly recommend it.

Wished there’d been some more board games in Rick’s and a sweet snack like cookies instead of chips. Other than that, not a thing that would have changed

Staff were amazing, 5 star ⭐⭐ Location was perfect, especially for first timers to New York The lounge was a nice touch. A comfy bed, which is rare for a hotel.

The room had no view. Windows shut and room small, so it felt like we were in a super small enclosed area. Also, the sink in the bathroom had a backup, clogged.

I have no comments here as everything was perfect.

This is an old fashioned hotel but very comfortable. The staff are superb and could not do enough to help. The 2nd floor all day snack facilities were such a welcome after a long day sightseeing or shopping. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

I love Rick’s Cafe on the second floor. It’s two large sitting rooms, well appointed, with complementary snacks and continental breakfast in the mornings. And, there is a complementary automatic espresso machine!

I have no negative words for this gem

It was so beautiful. Classic old wood, iron staircase railings, clean classy room, beautiful til in restrooms. The common area on 2nd floor was lovely with breakfast and free refreshments. And the double pane windows ensured a quite nights sleep even in a noisy town that never does. It was absolutely charming

There was nothing to dislike, enjoyed every minute of stay, would highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff from front of house, door and reception, breakfast staff and room keepers were all amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the selection of fruit, snacks and drinks available at day was a real bonus.
