The only bad thing, in our room the windows were really dirty and also the curtain was old and dirty. The rest of the room was ok, so it was not a huge concern and it didn't ruin our experience at all, that was very good, but the look of it was not good at all to be honest.

Very nice stay. It is in a perfect position to explore Midtown yet our room was very quiet. The beds are confortable, the plus point of free coffee in the lobby is great. The staff was very efficient and polite. I would recommend it without any doubt.

I really can't come up with anything that I did not like, the hotel indeed presents excellent value for money! They even gave me a staff member's umbrella until I bought my own! Will definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel - location is very central yet on a quiet street so you can sleep nicely, all staff members were very friendly and courteous, the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel is rather new (or refurbished) with very good showers and comfortable beds. I was really pleasantly surprised as usually hotels of the same price range in NYC can be a mixed bag. Herbal teas in the lobby are of high quality. Plenty of towels in the bathroom; 2 bottles of water and soft drinks for free every day.

In room coffee and tea would have been nice, but they had it in the lobby.

The room was very clean which was great to arrive to after a long day of travel. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to the theatre district, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park and the shops on 5th Ave. Food options around the hotel were great. Loved the complimentary water and snacks in the room as well.

As is typically the case in New York, the room was tiny and the window looked out at the adjacent building. There was very little natural light in the room.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Fresh soapy smell in the lobby. Clean rooms and comfy beds. My son appreciated the assortment of free beverages and snacks in the mini-fridge. We all loved the location.

Everything was great, the only slight thing was the bed was a bit soft and I personally prefer a very firm mattress, but it was still very comfortable.

The location, price, staff, room size were all great. Super friendly and helpful staff :) I was upgraded to a slightly better room and it was quite nice, very clean with a lovely bathroom. Easy to walk everywhere and just 2 blocks from the metro, so super easy. I would stay here again, thanks!

Location is perfect walking distance to 24 hours pharmacy / supermarket , some good restaurants around and time square and all other attractions Street is easy to walk and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller at night time

The foyer was a little cramped.

My room was right across from the elevator, so I was nervous about noise. Ditto for being adjacent to the outdoor seating area. But it was silent. No earplugs needed!

The worst internet I had in my recent travels, including Puerto Rico, Mexico from Yucatan to Puerto Vallarta, and a cabin in North Wisconsin. Do not expect to work there relying on the Internet.

Nice hotel, with a friendly staff, a great location, expensive. But it is a hotel, with all its pluses and minuses. I still rate it as very good.

Unfortunately I couldn't stay all of the nights I've initially booked, but the reception was very helpful in my early checkout and with helping in ordering a taxi to the airport (received back my payment as agreed with their cancellation policy). The room was clean and not too small, complementary beverages at the loby. Very good location, walking distance to Central park. For people who want to enjoy the city and not the hotel.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is close to everything, it's easy to walk to well-known places. The staff is very friendly, the room is super well-equipped with all the essentials you need during your stay. Coffee, chocolate, and tea are available, which is spectacular for the cold weather we arrived in. We would definitely stay again.
