“Was very disappointed as after arrival at Tom Bradley Internatiobsl airport in LA, the customer information desk called Holiday In Express on my behalf around 2.15pm and the hotel reception attended tge calm and insisted in speaking g to me so the girl at information service passed the call onto me. The hotel guy asked me my details of booking and then said to wait at the shuttle bus area marked with red and that the shuttle will pick me up. To my great disappointment after nearly 2 hours waiting the shuttle Holiday In Express turned up around 4pm. After a long flight from Sydney that was a real disaster and I ended up having a migraine. I would like to report this to the management hiw unhappy my experience was. I should be compensated in my future booking with them.

The pool area was wonderful - we spent 2 full days there - the kids adored it!

Having a laundry room on site with complimentary laundry detergent is fantastic & we used it - $3 per wash & $3 for dry.
The small shop on site is also wonderful.
The hotel also has a nice shuttle to Universal Studios & City Walk on the hour from 8am to 10pm”
