The internet was a bit slow. I ordered food from the restaurant to go and it took longer than they said it would.

We love the pool! The nightly movies are a big hit with the kids.

Nothing really - The Garland is a wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel - an oasis of beauty & calm ❤️ The Garland is a lovely place to stay in Nth Hollywood, LA. It is so family friendly, clean & comfortable - everything you could need in a hotel. The staff are all so warm, friendly, helpful & kind. Wonderful restaurant & bar servicing great food & drinks - we loved eating by the pool. The pool area was wonderful - we spent 2 full days there - the kids adored it! The nightly family film by the pool is a wonderful idea ✨ Having a laundry room on site with complimentary laundry detergent is fantastic & we used it - $3 per wash & $3 for dry. The small shop on site is also wonderful. The hotel also has a nice shuttle to Universal Studios & City Walk on the hour from 8am to 10pm

would like the trolley to run more often than once per hour.

The convenience of the trolley. The "vibe" of the hotel. Kids really liked the pool with the movie in the evenings.

The price for parking at the hotel daily is a bit steep for the hotel guests and maybe should be lowered to those staying at the hotel. It gets very busy at the hotel as outsiders come and eat at the restaurant throughout the day.

The location of the property is good for getting around, Universal Studios is literally at the back of the hotel and could walk there. Not far from Mulholland drive and Beverley hills and hollywood area. It is in a great location.

My family of 5 loved our stay in the family suite at The Garland. We really enjoyed the movies by the pool and poolside meals. We used the shuttle to get to Universal Studios. The hotel and the grounds have such a cool vibe and are very well maintained. Great experience all around!

The only thing that stood out for us was that there was no microwave in the hotel room.

The hotel had a cool vibe, inviting staff, clean grounds, nice workout facility, two hot tubs, comfortable beds, great bar and an adjoining restaurant!

The rooms were outdated. It’s definitely not all about looks but the inside of the room and the hallways were actually pretty ugly looking. I also believe my room was haunted but I made it out okay obviously!

The room was clean, the housekeeping was reliable and they made sure you had a bed made and clean towels each time they entered the room. The pool was clean and well kept, they offered food and drinks at the bar right across from the pool. Each lounge chair always had a clean towel on it. The hot tub was a good temperature. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the look of the property and the Beverly Garland tied to it. I liked the easy accessibility to my daughter’s place on Moorpark and to Universal Studios, which we went to as well. property was exceptionally clean. The room was decorated nicely. All the staff with cleaning services and restaurant area were extremely nice all in all I liked the vibe of the place.

Nothing we had such a nice stay!!!

We had the most amazing stay at the Garland! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very warm welcome and shown to our room which was really nice, it had plenty of space and had all the things we could need in it. The bathroom was really nice, and little things like having ample space to store luggage and clothes and having a TV in the room with all the things we could want to watch was great. We used the gym most mornings which was very clean and the equipment is great and we had access to sweat towels and earphones which was so nice. The pool area is really nice and the hot tub was nice to relax in. They also have movies playing in the evening. We used the shuttle tram a lot to get to Universal City which was so frequent and easy to use and kept us feeling safe. We also got Ubers which had great space to collect and drop us off. The food that we ordered was really nice and the Front Yard restaurant was really good. Our room was cleaned very efficiently and there was great access to water an ice on each floor. We really had a great and memorable time here.

This was the cutest hotel and the pool area was so lovely, especially at night with the lights, fireplace and outdoor movies. Enjoyed the salt water heated pool, even on a sunny but sort of cool day. Staff were great. Would def stay again.

Relaxing hotel which makes you feel on holiday. There is a patio where you can grab a bite with live music. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very clean. The personnel were extremely nice and they offered me a late check out till 1 pm which was perfect. They have a free shuttle that takes you to Universal and the metro station.
