Cleaning is very superficial and once we received towels with brown stains.. We had to go ask for clean ones. Cleaning is usually done in the early to late afternoon instead of the morning when most people are away. The room has no cupboards for storage, no places to pack our clothes.

We liked the pretty rooftop pool which was clean and very private as the rooftop bar operates only in the night so we always had sunbeds. Breakfast was decent with good selection. Location is good near Patong beach and Bangla road. We asked for a room on the third floor as we read that rooms below the roof are fairly noisy during the night due to the rooftop bar hence we didn't have problems with it, but earplugs are still needed as it's a noisy neighborhood.

One of the 2 rooms had AC issues. They struggled for 2 days to fix it. They were fixing it and working for few hours and then it would stop. We had to change the room in the end, not very pleasant to pack again everything and move to a different floor. Very nice rooftop however not sure what was the deal with it as it was always packed with French people and not all of them seemed to stay at this hotel. We tried one evening to find a place to stay but impossible and those people did not seem to be very welcoming. Very loud music until 2 AM, for some people a bit difficult to catch some sleep before 2 AM. Bathroom cleaning could be better, the tiles on the walls were looking greasy and dirty like they have not been cleaned in months, especially in the shower area.

Very good location. Right at the entrance there are 2 restaurants and 1 massage place. Very close to the beach and also very close to good restaurants and terraces, 5-7 minutes walking distance to Bangla. The staff was very nice and polite and we loved that we could take beach towels on a daily basis from the Reception Desk.

I came with a rental car. There are no lots on the premises.

Whether you are there for the beach or for night entertainment the location is hard to beat. Compared to similar standard hotels in Bangkok, your initial reaction may be that it is a bit pricey but when considering the comparably high cost for individual transport in Phuket and the time you can waste in traffic the price is right. I did not really explore the facilities but in the room there was a full set of amenities. I also very much liked the spread and quality of food of the breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately, the music from the rooftop was very loud and you can hear it with the windows closed. The room was smaller than advertised and no room to put/hang your clothes.

3 small issues - a staff member at reception was quite curt and rude twice. She was unable to help with questions regarding a future booking. We were told to email reservations. Reservations did however respond. Same staff member was again as in quite rude on check out. Breakfast at restaurant outside of the hotel was not very nice at all.

The Deluxe Room was very comfy. So close to the beach and Bangla Road.

The terrace has no privacy and no view (booked a room with terrace, but could not sit on it).

The location is good. I am personally not a fan of Patong, but if you want to be in the center it is the perfect location as it is a 2min walk to the beach. Its a nice hotel room with a good shower. Comfortable bed.

The property is very old and not maintained to a 4star level, broken fixings, towel rails loose, couldn’t use the hot water without the power shorting out, AC worked but temp couldn’t be adjusted (25 degrees) and holes in decking at the pool area to name a few things.

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help with anything at all. Location is great with the beach only a very short walk, amazing Turkish restaurant on site and many other great restaurants, massage shops, markets, bars etc all in close proximity.
