There was a little bit of a bad smell from the sewage system in the bathroom, but the ventilation is permanently on, so with the door closed the smell didn't go into the room.

The hotel is really nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent, it's a 5 minute walk to the Old Town, and yet the area is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Definitely recommended!

The shower is tiny

The hotel is very clean, in a quiet street but very close to the old town and Galleria Krakowska. Breakfast is very good. The bar has reasonable prices for food

Breakfast was awful No English tea ( your English tea tastes like perfume ) not enough hot food in the morning You need hot bacon / eggs Not everyone likes continental so for us it was a waste of money as only had breakfast once

The rooms were clean although a bit grubby on the carpets and a belt was left lying on the floor from previous guests as older guests it would have been better on the ground floor instead of up and down the lift Also we were put next door with a very young baby who I think was unwell as screamed the place down Mabe locating age and family to better suited rooms

The room is rather small, but cozy. Well, it was a bit strange you can hear neighbors even if they just talk in the night.

Location is really great! 5min to the Old City and 10min walk to Central Station, rich breakfast with all necessary and even more. Especial thanks to personal that helped us with all questions about transport schedules and even made our raining Sunday walk more comfortable giving us their umbrella knowing we don't get back to the hotel and leave Krakow.

Bedsheet had some sort of protective layer underneath making it feel strange. Not uncomfortable but strange.

The railway line is directly behind the hotel and trains are very loud regularly throughout the night, if you are a lighter sleeper - I would not recommend. The walls are thin between rooms - I could often hear other rooms conversations. It was difficult to get the room to stay a pleasant temperature. It would be beneficial to have a ‘pod’ coffee machine within room.

Very strong perfume in the reception/ bar area. The reception area was not that cosy, could have a sofa, and it was dark, in contrary, the bar area had too bright lights.

Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit. Very good scrambled eggs and good bread. (Little minus for the coffee, not that excellent rather poor.) Friendly, helpful staff.
