When we arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful with a balcony to sit out on (if only if had been warmer weather we would have been able to sit out). The hotel location is about 30 mins walk into the Old Town, but we took Ubers most days. There was a small shop around the corner which allowed us to pick up a few bits and pieces, and some food tracks right across the street. On our first night we decided to have some drinks in the hotel and listen to the live music, the bar staff were very attentive and even suggested some cocktails for me to try. We booked a spa treatment prior to arriving, the treatment was so relaxing and well worth it. The pool was crowded and we didn't stay too long, but this was our choice. We only had breakfast in the hotel one morning, and it was beautiful with a large selection to hot and cold foods.

The mattress and pillows were a little too soft for our preference, but this is a very minor negative.

Superb boutique hotel in the middle of the Jewish Quarter and within 25 minutes from the old town of Krakow. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the hotel has all day pastries and coffee available.

Beautiful place with a great view. Very quiet and close to the lake. Great place for children, playground is on the property. Kitchen very well equipped, good for short and longer visits.

Although compact, it has all amenities that one needs like an electric tea kettle, ironing board, etc. Clean and well organized.

The entry to the building can be difficult to find and be prepared to lift your luggage a bit, since there are stairs at the entrance to the building.

Good price. Plenty of amenities, so everything is there ready for your stay. Bathroom is clean.

The entrance to the building is somewhat odd. There are signs that show the way to the building and there are security cameras all around to ensure safety, but still this could be better organized. It’s just not your typical hotel/resting area when it comes to the entry to the building, but it is expected I guess. Some furniture was dirty, the look outside of the window was gloomy as some buildings in the area need some good exterior renovation, hopefully it gets better with time.
