You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaWe were allowed a late check out until 1pm for both of the rooms in which we stayed. However, at about 12.15pm one of our family members couldn't have access to the lift from the gym level up to the room. He has to climb up using the stairs up to level 17. Very troublesome to him. I don't know what was the cause for the miscommunication.

MalaysiaNetflix couldn't be used since we were told that they were in the process of installing the servis, hence we were left with local channels; no coffee machine in the room despite stated in the room description in booking.com; no coffee machine during breakfast which was quite weird for a 5-star hotel; breakfast was quite good but not many options; we only received one small bottle of shower gel and shampoo;

MalaysiaThe smart TV was recently installed but the TV has no wi-fi connection yet. Therefore, we were unable to access Netflix, YouTube etc. The existing channels were very few and basic.
The location is perfect. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast selection is very good.
