Good location. Close to the train station and in walking distance to everything you need in Shinjuku.

The mattress is stiff and not comfortable enough. The pillows are way too soft and flat. No views around as surrounded by office buildings.

Free coffee machine, free ice cubes and amenities for you at the lobby. Near to JR lines. There’s a washer in the room. Room size is considered quite spacious.

It was a bit small but still worth the price and we weren’t in the room often since we were exploring Tokyo!

I liked the location the best. We were in the annex which was a bit closer to the train stations compared to the “primary” hotel. Very close to good restaurants.

We stayed in the annex which was around the corner from the main hotel and reception. As such we didn't realise there were some amenities in the main reception we could use which was unfortunate.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable room even if very small, but this is normal for Tokyo. Really good location - very close to Shibuya.

The location is a bit further away from central shibuya, so carrying our shopping was a bit of a hassle. The room is very small. We had 4 suitcases between 2 ppl, so there wasn't much room. Also, the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, would always be foggy after having a shower, and also, they would be a weird smell coming from the bathroom afterwards.

Staff were very helpful, and there were even resources in the hotel to help with sightseeing ideas in the area and also restaurants to try out. The hotel was nice and clean and provided daily cleaning. And many food options near the hotel with a family mart nearby for late night snacks.

The accommodation was perfectly located about a 10 min walk from Shibuya station and the scramble crossing. The room was small but had everything we needed. Bonus points for the washer/dryer in the room, which we didn't realise we'd need so much!

It was a little bit farther away from Shibuya crossing than I expected. No closet space or room to put your luggage.

Rooms were a decent size for Japan standards. Bathroom was really good. I appreciated having a washing machine.

Room was a bit small for the money, with a favorable $ to Yen rate. Coffee in lobby was good, wish there was some fruit or pastries with it, but a convenience store was next door.

5-6 minute walk from Shibuya metro line, staff was really helpful, such as arranging an airport taxi. Shower was good.

Leak in bathroom. Emptied bath and it flooded bathroom floor, had some things on the floor which got soaked. However it was fixed quickly the next day, thank you. Compact room which we expected. Would have liked some spoons to stir the coffee with and maybe some instant coffee sachets in the room. Lack of pillows in the room but when requested was provided more.

Location of hotel was where wanted to be. Very helpful front desk staff.

The laundry machine in house was very nice but it took a very long time for our laundry to be completed, about 3.5-4 hours.

It was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, it was very close to Shibuya station so we were able to go to a lot different areas of Tokyo easily. They helped us figure out our luggage transfer which was great!

The noise from the train tracks, which are very close, was expected, and kept low by good windows. There's occasional noise from the street, since the convenience store next door seems to attract some street drinking.

Room was tiny, as expected in Tokyo, but it had great perks, like a washer/dryer in the room, a hot plate and mini fridge. Location is very good: very close to the New South entrance of JR Shibuya Station, with a convenience store next door, and a mall very close by.

Room was in the annex which wasn’t informed of beforehand. Also didn’t have any rubbish cleaning and towel changes when staying for multiple nights.

Location was great and pretty central to Shibuya area. The washing machine in the room was also convenient.

Can't really complain about the size as everything in Tokyo is pretty compact but you had to kind of hop around the room
