Bad hygiene in the bathroom and toilets. Rooms are run down, poorly maintained and super small. We later found out, from the friendly host, we “as a family” are not the right customers, it is more focused on money saving backpackers.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in so far. There is no attached washroom, no washlet, no soap! In the ground floor you can find a shower room which is very dirty. In the second floor you can find a basin but no water supply. I find the dirtyest toilet with no water facilities. If you travelling with your family better to opt other hotel within the same cost but little bit far from here.

For now, it may just be the cleanliness of toilet. After all, it is a shared toilet with others! However, they are planning to upgrade the hotel! So don’t be worry!

I love how when I arrived the Staff especially Mr Kenichi gave a warm welcome & friendly despite my early arrival at the hotel. Storing my luggage & filling up registration were super efficient. The room I had was so super comfortable. Clean futon, great mini fridge & everything! The wifi was also really strong. Love it!

Well… During the check in no one was present; we had to check in through an intercom of which the sound is so bad you can hardly hear what the host was saying. The showers are full of mold. The poop stain in the toilet at the first day was still there when we left 5 days later. The host lied to me when I asked when the toilet was going to be cleaned; he said staff would come that day, but clearly, no one ever cleaned the toilet. The toilet smells and its stained yellow; no one cleans here. The place is incredibly noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper bring earbuds.

The property is in the middle of shinjuku and close to station from where you can go anywhere. The room size was very cramped, but duable.

The shared bathrooms and toilets were so unclean we tried to use the toilets at the train station before returning to the hotel each day. We had no choice but to use the shower room, one did not drain properly, and both smelt awful. Dreaded having to take a shower and contemplated not having one at all on the second day. As soon as there was a problem, the manager was not so helpful. No one on site in the evening or night. The air conditioning system didn't work in the room, but his reason the next day was that the sun shines more on that side of the building! Could not fix it and didn't let us change room. Could not sleep due to heat. We asked if toilets could be cleaned so we could use them. He said housekeeping would do this, but no one cleaned it in the 2 nights we were there. Yes, it was a cheaper option but not worth the problems. I don't want to leave a negative review, but it was so bad I could not wait for it to be over.

The manager welcomed us on arrival and allowed us to check in slightly early. The location was perfect for train services and close to lots of shops and entertainment. Clean towels and toiletries each day. Room itself was clean with a hairdryer and small fridge.

The only clean stuff you would get are the bed linens and towels. Rooms are dusty, urinals/toilets are filthy and stinky, it literally has pee and 💩 stains, and doesn’t have any form of bidet or tap to wash your 🍑, unless you’re from a country where wiping your 🍑 dry with toilet paper is normal, you’ll need lots of wet wipes, soap and a bottled water to make it comfortable. Showers have pink mold and black grime on the tiles, you’ll need to bring your own shower slippers. You can’t blame the staff for it as I only see 1 person doing the check-in, changing of linens and segregating and taking out the trash for the entire building. It is clearly understaffed and needs professional cleaning company to make it tidy and keep it that way.

It has the best location. Everything was near. From fast food chains, convenient stores and fast fashion brands, to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury fashion brands, everything is in walkable distance. We were welcomed by Hyuda, the most hard-working staff. He is the friendliest, greets you good morning and good night with the sweetest, most sincere smile.
