-shower, the drain seemed to be clogged -unluckily, there was a concert outside of the building and we could hear everything

- When asking for a second room key card we were told that it is the hotel's policy to only give out one and that they cannot give us two. Unfortunately we witnessed a customer on a counter next to us getting a second key card after asking for it - so either we were not told the truth or they made an exception for the other person but not us. Either way, it felt a bit weird but wasn't a huge problem.

- Big bathroom and an amazing rain shower. - We were upgraded to a room with a view - we had a view on the main train station and it was very beautiful - The rooms seem to have ok noise-isolation. We didn't hear much from the streets below.

The hotel didn't have much of a lobby, just a check in desk as I recall but no other amenities like chairs.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good service if required. Good location near the train station and metro and the area was clean and not sketchy.

The hospitality is low. There is no complimentary water and no catel to make your tea. The break fast price is higher than other hotels I visited in my trip around italy.

The hotel is located in only steps from the train's centeral station and metro that link you with unlimited choises. The hotel is clean and modren decoration.

They had the usual note in bathroom to save energy re: towell use, then they provide plastic toothbrushes:(. No coffee making utensils in the room: coffee available downstairs overpriced and poorly shot. Breakfast standard hotel schlock. We recommend Panzera across the street for espresso and cornetti. At checkout they said we needed to pay local tax, which had been asked for and paid when we checked in. Booking.com ad stressed airport shuttle. At check-in taxi "we can reserve for you, about 50 euros." Confirming it later, price up to 60, then 85. They did not tell us the taxis across the street would be less than 20, the buses 7, the metro M4 about 2.5.

Very kind and professional checkin staff. 8th floor view of statione centrale. Clean, firm bed: extra duvet provided upon request. Room small but well designed with storage areas. Good shower, bidet, sink.

The location near Milano Centrale's station is very convenient. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Room size small. Bathroom too black and small. Wardrobe door opening blocks room entry which was very annoying. No room service, bar and restaurant are avaerage and close very early. Bartender is very unenthusiastic even in aperitivo hours... almost upset that people came.
