Central location. The meet and greet was good. Maria (friendly host) met us in the nearest square and she speaks English very well. It was great that the baggage service was able to deliver bags to the rooms so we did not have to lug them up the stairs. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Quiet location and lovely view from the middle bedroom. We also had booked all the rooms in the apartment so we had the kitchen facilities to use if we wanted. Being only one night stay we would probably have preferred washing machine/dryer but not everyone who visits would be walking like we were. Lots of processed snacks for breakfast and yoghurt.

Friendly staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower, very clean. Breakfast had good choices and was tasty Great location near train station. The lift was small but made access to our 6th floor room much easier with luggage!

Air conditioning didn’t work , very hot Initially didn’t get the room we paid for had to push for a better room but still not the deluxe room on the info provided No coffee in the room ? Two tea bags !

The view was very good. The bed was comfortable.

The address given was 4 via Cavour but the number was in fact 20. I sent a WhatsApp to them to say I couldn't find it. They did not mention to look for number 20 instead. This meant we spent about 20 mins looking for the place with our luggage having travelled non stop from Australia. Once inside we had to climb 72 stairs with heavy bags. The bathroom was very small and the TV didn't work properly and there were no English channels. We had booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 1 night.

Got put into a room right above pool with no privacy and a fat tree in my way of the view so useless.Also the shower leaked like crazy and the only charging port available to use was in the bathroom.
