The reception lady who checked us in made an error charging my credit card to another room and cited "another colleague" for the issue despite having checked us in the previous evening! Small issue, but, overall, not like other 5-star hotels! Check-in and check-out was slower than what we're accustomed to.

The location was exceptional and the tram stop just outside the hotel. The room was very comfortable.

The A/C was not yet working and it a little too warm. However the staff did adjust the settings and became better, not full AC cold thought.

The fact of having to pay extra for using a jacuzzi or Sauna. It's not a nice idea to do it that way, it would be better to balance it in the overall price and make the guest to feel kindly treated that over charged for a service that most of hotels offer for free.

Definitely the location, but also the ambiance and the rooms. The front desk and concierge service were exceptional! , truly kind responsive and efficient team. Fantastic service at the breakfast area.

It was very difficult to find the exact parking garage. The explanation of where to park could be more detailed. Especially for someone who has never been there before nor is aware of what to expect.

The location was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be going back to this hotel. The staff was very warm and friendly and the spa was wonderful.

Room got very hot, so needed to open the window to cool it which let in the sound of the tram right outside.

The bed could be a tiny bit longer.

This hotel is amazing. Every details is really perfect. Rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast is amazing, although a little expensive. There is a bar/restaurants on the ground floor that offers dinner and lovely cocktails. The spa and gym are also lovely. Everything is tastefully decorated and thought through. Staff is very nice and professional.

Perfect location for multiple visits to the Christmas Markets and restaurants . Very good accommodation and very helpful staff and Concierge . I requested a feather pillow and a non-slip mat for the bath/shower , which were immediately supplied We really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are a bit cramped (even for France)

Great location - next to Galleries Lafayette and very near the Notre Dame and within walking distance of the Notre Dame and Petit France area. Breakfast had a good spread too.
