We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTheir bfast is not that good. To be able to get a discount €13/person (€17 no discount) you have to buy the discounted price during check in and you have to buy for your entire stay not just some days.
The location is very close to train and tram station which is convenient for us since we had to visit Montecarlo and Sanremo.

Has friendly and very accommodating staffs. Good location, very close to the Nice Ville station. Good facilities and our room had a very spacious balcony that is a good space to unwind after long days of exploring.

I liked the location, it’s 2/3 mins on foot from the main street in Nice. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The hotel also had free tea and coffee from 2-6.

NetherlandsThe photos in the hotel’s profile with tattoo girl in weird poses are really over the top. I guess they are trying to appeal to a hip wannabe influencer crowd but the fact is this is a solid, but uneventful mid-range hotel with quite basic decor. For example, our bathroom was badly designed with wash basin and tap that were hard to use.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is fine- a but of a walk to the seaside and the old town but close to the main station and in a more residential neighborhood that offered a good bakery, cheese monger and supermarket all within a 5min walk. Our room was small, although we had a luxury room with balcony and we were happy with that bit of extra space the balcony offered.

RussiaDespite upgraded room, it was extremely cramped. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the shower was uncomfortably small. Furthermore, the lack of a shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to manage personal items.
The hotel hassome strong points such as its proximity to the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast option is impressive with a delicious and varied selection — worth including in your booking. Another highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a lovely view. The staff were always helpful and ready to assist with any needs.

LatviaVery small room for 3 people. Very small toilet without a sink separate from the bathroom. When we entered the room it smelled like very strong chemicals after the cleaning. Had to open all the windows for an hour to get rid of the smell. Also, the bathroom smelled bad from the sewerage. Bad sound isolation.
