Great hotel room, nice complementary goods such as soap, shampoo/body wash and tea. I ordered food and delivery driver was able to find room easily. The staff were very helpful at the time of arrival. I had a early flight to catch and I enjoyed how close the airport commute was.

As I was checking out, the morning staff member was not so friendly or approachable. I felt like I was intruding on their space/time.

Very close to our concert venue. Location was awesome, amenities were amazing. Very accommodating owner who was quick to respond to any inquiry. Would highly recommend 10/10!!

Everything. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was beautifully appointed in a quiet area. So very clean and the shower was first rate. Breakfast was perfect.

The ladies locker room water for showers were not working nor the steam room. Next time I would skip the gold package as there are so many places to grab food. It just was not worth it for my vacation itinerary.

For the $500 price - ridiculous no hot water; service guy came, ran water and said it was good. But still no hot water after he left. They finally gave us a new room but no offer to help move us…….
