Everything was amazing. From the bathroom products to the appliances, bed and of course the amazing view. I had a chance also to use the gym and it was super clean and easy access, the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect

The location was really convenient to visit niagara falls as it is on a bus route. Cheap price for people on a budget and good that it has laundry facilities.

There was no kettle or tv remote in the room, even after asking staff no one provided us with a kettle. The room stunk of smoke even though it was a non smoking room and was covered with holes on the wall. The curtains were not hooked up when we arrived and would fall off the rail. The room was unfinished and felt extremely dated.

During the night we heard a couple fighting and banging of the doors multiple times from 10 until around 2am. Not sure what was going on there, it was pretty loud, we were close to reporting them but then we fell asleep as they stopped around 2am.
