There is not a single think that I would say I liked here. I chose this hotel for only one specific reason that it was close to my work and I had to pay big time for it. That was really it. Apart from that, there was not a thing in this hotel that I would ever want to experience again.

From the beginning of my stay to vacating the facility, I have been nowhere but in misery. The moment I entered the hotel, the problems began. The attitude of the front desk guy (he wasn't even wearing a name badge so I don't know his name) First of, it was an upfront paid reservation. There was no way they could give my room to someone else because I confirmed with them over the phone too. I got to the reception and this guy tells me that we are completely booked and we don't have a room for you right now. Then after making us wait for an hour at 4 in the morning, he gave us a 1BR apartment as a compensation that was filthy and the whole floor was sticky and needed cleaning desperately. Then the next day they moved us to a regular room and that's where the nightmare got even worse. The water flow in the bathroom could barely help wash my face, the telephone stopped working out of the blue and they didn't bother getting it fixed even after multiple reminders. The room service attendant refused to give us a third cup as they said that there are only 2 occupants so we can only give you 2 cups. The lights in the room kept blinking and the AC wouldn't cool the place down. They don't even offer a microwave in the room if we want to heat our food up. One night I was driving back to the hotel and when I entered the parking, they didn't let me get to the parking as they said they have some special guests over and the parking is not accessible for anyone. Unbelievable experience.
