The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant meal was excellent! Also, the shuttle to the airport was timely and the driver very kind and helpful. And the cookies are delicious!

They didn’t tell me about the shuttle bus schedule in advance . I just received messages saying call the driver and wait at certain area. If I had known the schedule, i would have tried to be at the designated spot at the schedule time instead of ending up with getting 5 minutes late &waiting 30 minutes in the middle of night with 2 kids. I would appreciate if you share the bus schedule through email or message.

The pillows flattened out too easily

Our Room was spacious and clean. The view of planes landing from our window was interesting and the noise was not loud enough to disturb us.. The staff were helpful and the complimentary airport shuttle made it very easy for us to come between our hotel and the city.

The shuttle service to arrive to the hotel. Because in the morning to take my flight I had no issues, all good with that person. However I ended up arriving even later due to the shuttle not coming when they said they would come. I called, they said an amount of time but they didn't come, I was at Pearson, with my suitcases, waiting standing where they said and I could see other hotel shuttles going like 3 times. It was so frustrating. Also when they came the guy just threw one of my suitcases, I was so exhausted that I just wanted to leave. Obviously this does not impact in the hotel room itself but they should be careful with the people they hire to do the transportation and comply with the eta they say.

I was not able to stay that long due to a delay I had arriving to Toronto. However the room was really nice, comfortable bed, close to the airport and I was able to see some restaurants around the place so seemed to be well connected. Good place to stay the night and the room was well equipped.

The evening I was there ,the water system didn’t work, there was no water in the hotel . Probably not a fault of the hotel but it ruined my evening..

Bed was a little soft. Small sink was a little blocked.

Check in was very swift and easy. Room was lovlet, clean and had all the facilities but a kettle. The bed was a little to soft. The driver that collected me at 1 am and then dropped me off at 8 am was so helpful, he really took care of me and made sure I had all the information I needed.

There was no shuttle service from the airport even though I spoke to two different drivers. We were in the right pickup spot but they never came. Waited an hour and ended up taking an Uber to the hotel.

I did not like Nestle water bottles in the room. It's the worst brand of bottled water. They should switch to FLOW or Eska.

They have GROHE faucets and towel holders. I respect that. Do you know how difficult it is to come across GROHE sink and bathroom faucets in North America? Most use crappy North American brands when the best is GROHE and HANS GROHE. Other than my fascination with their sink and bathroom faucets, they have a comfortable King-size bed with plush pillows. I couldn't figure out how to operate the curtains though. I recommend this hotel for a one- or multi-night stay.

Bar open earlier than 5 pm. Nothing to do or see in the neighbourhood but this did not concern us with one night stay.

Ease of using the Hotel shuttle bus - a lot better than many other shuttle buses operated by other Hotels Groups. The shuttle bus arrived when it said it would ! No issues with check in or out and helpful staff who booked our return shuttle bus to the Airport at check in. Very comfortable room with all the facilities you required for a one night stay. Enjoyable dinner on the evening we arrived.

There was nothing untoward during my stay. I can’t say that I didn’t like anything.

Availability and location were my primary motivations. The name is a brand name so I had confidence reserving. The hotel was clean, welcoming and what I would expect from Hilon and affiliates. Desk staff very friendly, cookie was awesome and I have no complaints or criticisms.

I did not realize when I booked how far away the hotel was from airport. I guess I got confused between Dixie Rd. and Dixon Rd. When the shuttle went on the 401 I was starting to worry! I also never got my warm chocolate chip cookie and never could log on to the internet. I tried many times!

The room was great with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. I did not like the amenities. Cannot use anything scented. I had to call and wait for the shuttle when I arrived at the airport but returning to airport the next day, the shuttle was very efficient. Breakfast was amazing and the staff working there very early in the morning were awesome. I did not get their names but you know who you are!

The email explaining how to contact the shuttle driver arrived a few hours after I was already in bed at the hotel. WTF? It should arrive the day before at least. I stood at the shuttle area for an hour before another driver who saw me standing there for hours told me I had to call.
