You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWhat I didn't like was that I had a toddler and did not consider giving me a room on the first floor and gave me a room on the third floor. And didn't give me a chance to put the parking paper in the dashboard and already putting a ticket on my car. I never had this experience when I stayed the first time. And the employees on that shift were not welcoming.
What I like is the attraction are close and good walking distance.

United States of AmericaOne of our light fixtures in the room did not work. One of the outlets by the sink did not work. We tried resetting the outlet with the button that you push, that didn’t work. Had to use a different outlet by the television to blow dry my hair. also, the toilet in our room just happened to be weird in that you had to hold the handle down for it to flush and sometimes it required two flushes just to flush a little bit of paper, not even a number two.
You can’t beat the location. It is literally a quarter-mile to the falls. Right in the heart of numerous amusement games shops things to do. It’s a perfect location.

CanadaI understand the cost of the rooms due to the location right on Clifton Hill. Extremely clean but could use an update to make the cost a little easier to swallow.
We usually take a trip to the falls once a year. This was our first since CV 19. Staff and cleanliness were fantastic all around. You can't beat the location. Park your car for your stay and not move it. A heads up that parking will cost you $15 dollars a day, which is still cheaper than most lots. There's a $150 credit card hold above the cost of the room for the length of your stay. It's returned the day that you leave. Might be harder for families to come up with the extra.
